    Great Work

    They came same-day to unclog a long blocked bathroom sink. So happy with their work and responsiveness!

    Sump pump installation

    Very reliable and accurate. He did a lot more than he had to. He gave a generous discount!!

    sewer back up

    We literally just moved in 6 weeks ago. The sewer backed up in the basement due to roots going through the pipes under the house. The previous owner obviously knew but just treated the problem every few months instead of fixing. I put something out on Homestars and Mike called me. Right away I knew this was the right guy for me. He has an honesty about him that no one else had. He came and gave us a temporary fix, quoted the job and his guys came ASAP. Never have I had better service!! I would recommend Mike and his guys to everyone out there... they are really the BEST!!! Thanks DrainExpress!!

    Great service

    Mike was great, very prompt with his replies, gave alme a window of when he would arrive and stuck to it. He was very knowlegable, friendly and professional.

    Sump Pump

    They arrived at scheduled time. Completed the repair in a very short time. Work was very satisfactory. If needed, will use Drain Express in the futire for all our plumbing problems.

    Condo renovation

    I hired Drain Express to help me remodel my 16 yo condo. Walter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best approach to the remodel that balanced finances and COVID supply issues to ensure a timely renovation. There was also a complicated shower upgrade that Drain Express was able to address without a costly gut job. During the process of the renovation, he had great suggestions for improvements to the condo and ways of keeping the project in budget to address them. After the work was completed, Walter was open to feedback on the quality of the work and immediately addressed any questions and concerns that we had to ensure our satisfaction. We were thrilled with the outcome of the condo! We will definitely call Walter and his team at Drain Express again!

    Install new drain and sumo pump in basement stairwell

    Waterproof

    Once we met with Mike we knew we were going to hire him and his crew to come and do the work at our home. Mike's knowledge and customer service are at a very high level. Drain Express delivered and then some. To Mike, Vlad and the other two gentleman thank you!

    Toilet

    The technician Mike has come by twice already to fix 2 toilets that weren’t flushing. Very professional, efficient, clean and most cost effective I’ve seen in my area! Would recommend.

    Great work, honest, and inexpensive

    Drain Express showed up to save the day after some other fraudsters on this site billed me $300 for a quote. Vlad at Drain Express immediately unclogged my sewer, and made reasonable recommendations about ways that we could shorten the length of our sewer pipe to reduce the chance of recurrence. Highly recommend these guys. Professional, honest, and inexpensive. We'll be hiring them for future work for sure.
