Woke up to double kitchen sink both, clogged with standing water. Tried to unclog it myself but no luck. Mike called back asap and said he could be there in half hour. Unbelievably responsive and competent. He was able to resolve the situation and this made my senior father so very happy. Saved him so much work he would have to do if the sink would not unclog. Mike from Drain Express was able to come onsite within a couple of hours to diagnose my water service issue. We determined that I had a leak in the service pipe and scheduled a crew to fix it. Had a crew there in 48 hours! Mike will be my go to for future plumbing related issues.Answer from pro:

Drain Express replaced the water service line and sewer pipe and repaired problems with the venting of the in-house drain pipes. The work was of VERY high quality. They provided attention to detail and consultation and explanation of options. The work crew left the site clean and neat. The price was competitive. I hired Drain Express to clear a stubborn clog in the kitchen sink in a rental unit of mine. After posting the job, Mike called me almost immediately and answered my questions and provided a fair quote. He was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. He called before leaving, arrived on time, was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes and stayed on budget. Walter, the owner came by, assessed our shower faucet issue and immediately determined what the problem was. We received the parts from American Standard and he very promptly fixed our faucet. Walter is a fabulous plumber, all the while explaining what our issue was and how it would be resolved, and it was. We are extremely happy with his work and highly, highly recommend him for any plumbing issues that any home owner could ever experience.
