    New sewer drain and water service

    I've owned various homes over the past 35 years and have lots of experience with all kinds of contractors. The job that was done by Drain Express was one of the best I've ever encountered. From the initial meeting to quote on the job, Mike's communication was excellent. He even crawled and snaked from under my porch before he even knew he was going to get the job. Everything happened the way it was supposed to. The dirt and disruption was kept to a minimum and the job was finished on time. I got 4 quotes on the project and Drain Express was very competitive. I highly recommend this company.

    Basement leak protection

    Drain Express did the job efficiently. Walter is the type to give you the information you need to know clearly and recommend the best course of action. Very happy with the service.

    Cleared clogged drain

    I am very satisfied with Drain Express. Mike responded quickly to my request, and as promised, he came to our house after the major snowstorm. He inspected the drain first and clear it within an hour, and inspected it with camera again to make sure no leaking and breakage. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work very professional. Would highly recommend them.

    Cleared my blocked drain in under an hour!

    These guys totally saved me on Christmas Eve. I had an exterior drain that was blocked, backing up my whole house - and they managed to clear it within an hour. Can’t recommend them enough!

    basement floor drain

    we had a cracked trap in a basement floor drain, needed to be dug up and replaced. Drain Express was in and out within one day, extremely fast, very clean, professional and friendly! They also scoped the entire drain system to inspect for any other issues. We are now confident that we have a safe, reliable drainage system. Thank you Drain Express!!

    Rectify rain water backup problem

    Very professional service. Replacing the catch basin, locating a blockage in the rain water drainage system and replacing all blocked pipes. This involved excavation of almost 20ft to a depth of 6 to 7ft. The original plan was to only excavate 4ft or so but as the problem was deeper the project had to be extended. I was updated every step of the way with proof of the extent of the problem. Very tidy and professional in all they did from beginning to the end.

    Sump pump and waterproofing in Hamilton

    Was very impressed and happy with Walter and his crew. The entire process was clear and straightforawrd with excellent communication from initial phone call to completion of job. Will use them in the future for annual inspection and testing of my sump pump. Would highly recommend them. Charlie

    Drain cleaning

    Mike was courteous and on time. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work. He cleaned up afterwards and provided some information to avoid these drain blockages in the future.

    Stack bsmt drain broken/blocked

    I called and the head guy Mike came out 1st available day soon after as promised. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. He said he would call Ont. 1 and they arrived early the following day. He said he and his guys would be out the following day and they did and within 5 hrs. the problem seems to be fixed. From Mike's first visit to completion of the work was 3 days. I will watch it over the next few weeks when large volumes of water go into the new fixtures. J De Marco
