    Install a Main Line Full port Back Water Valve with plastic access & down stream clean-out.

    The whole process was installed in one day. Waited for City Inspection for 2 days. Immediately on approval of inspection from City of Toronto, the workers were ready to close up the hole and clean the area surrounding the installation. The workers and Mike of Drain Express were very helpful throughout the process. Drain Express took the time to visit City of Toronto and submit our application for rebate. Less than 3 weeks later we received a confirmation from the City of Toronto that they are working on our application for rebate and the process will take 10 weeks for completion. We couldn't be more grateful for the guidance and the expedited service on Drain Express part. I highly recommend this company for their service and knowledge in estimating was bang on the final outcome.

    Plumbing throughout house

    We worked with Walter from Drain Express and our experience was very positive from start to finish. Work done included new toilets, bathroom vanity, shower hot/cold mechanism, kitchen faucet, dishwasher lines and outdoor tap. His rates were fair and he was courteous, punctual with a quality of work that left us with zero concern. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

    Waterproofing Basement

    Drain Express did waterproofing on my house, I’m very happy with the result. The price was within our budget and when finished they make sure everything is clean and nice.

    washroom drainage plugged in the laundry room

    Excellent work. Drainage re-stored, some recommendations in plumbing design received from professional plumber, which we are going to follow and contact plumber again for plumbing re-design in the property

    Excellent, prompt, reliable

    We had a complete back up from the street and the city said it was on our side. Mike went over & above & spoke to the city on our behalf. You will never find a better plumber! He & his crew literally saved us with a new shutoff at the street (that the city needed before they would do a thing), installed a backwater valve and a worry-free sump pump in the basement. We’ve been using Mike and Drain Express for years and trust them with all our plumbing and drain needs.

    Sewer back up line and replacement of a lead water line

    The team at Drain Express did exactly the scope of work that was outlined in the contract. To access the area for the sewer back up valve, the team was very resourceful and removed the basement stairs sznd then replaced them, they even added an extra support. The work was completed on time.and in a very professional manner. We have had a number of positive experiences with Walter and his skillful team.

    Bathroom Addition and Basement Reno

    The work that Walter and Mike provided for this job was outstanding. We could not be happier with the quality of work delivered on our new bathroom (large shower, vanity and toilet) and storage space (custom cabinets) in our basement. They truly listened to what we were looking for in our renovation and made the whole project come together. This was our first renovation with anyone and we were nervous about the process but they made it very easy. The budget was clear and well priced, the timeline was very reasonable and well communicated, and the materials used were wonderful. More importantly, the team (led by Walter) doing this job were respectful, conscientious and kind. We are grateful to have had found and coordinated for Drain Express complete this work for us!

    Main drain replacement, drain snaking and internal plumbing repairs

    Mike and the guys did an amazing job on our house. Made some good suggestions of things we might want to think about since holes were already dug and helped find rebates, etc to help with the cost. They are my go to anytime I’m having plumbing issues, which happen often in a 100 year old house and I highly recommend them to everyone I know!!!

    Back water valve, sump pump install

    Walter and his crew did a fantastic job with installing our back water valve, sump pump and also fixing other small plumbing problems in our home. We couldn’t be happier with the work and have already recommended them to family and friends !
