We got the old windows in our place replaced by this company. Really great service! They were helpful with guiding us through the rebate program and forth coming with the price and realistic options (we have a 100 year home which adds complexity). The work was done quickly, within the time frame provided and the workers kept a clean area and were super friendly. They were even able to save the old stained glass for us! Definitely will be using this company again.

From beginning to end, dealing with Consumer Direct windows and doors was great. They were very professional, offered competitive pricing, answered all questions and did a great job with installation.

Great service. The guys did exactly as they promised. They replaced my front double door with a wide single door with sidelights. Love the door and love the quality. Would go with them again.

I am happy with service I received from CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS. They did a great job in replacing 3 windows for my home (One large and 2 basement windows). The pricing was very competitive and beat all other quotes I received. The folks who came for installing the windows were very professional and did an outstanding job. Only drawback that I can think off is the wait time for getting the new windows - it was couple of weeks more than they committed to, but it was worth the wait.

Purchased new front door, side door and patio door and could not be happier with the final results.
