    New Retail Store

    We were moving to our new retail location and the customer service was outstanding from the first call. Installer arrived earlier than skeduled and finished work very well. He made sure everything was working before he left the place.

    Alarm system change from one provider to another. GSM and mobile link added.

    Love this concept of how easy it is to switch and use existing hardware to migrate to the new service provider. The features were made available but not pushed. No dodgy deals. Straight forward. Simply leass expensive than the big guys. Install guy was a little grumpy but what can you do. Very positive so far. I'd recommend for sure.

    Home Security Service

    I have TMC as security service provider since 1.5 year and it is great experience , installation was perfect , Emergency reporting call back was very prompt. Happy with price and service ,Highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

    Service

    Contacted the company for technical assistance on Saturday. The employee was extremely rude, mocked my voice and accent. Told me not to ask questions when he speaks. The issues was not resolved. Stay away. They are only good when they need you to sign up. If a service person allows himself to talk to clients in such a manner, it is indicative of the company's broader attitude.

    Incompetence at every turn

    Did not show up for installation when promised. Took weeks to reschedule. Brought wireless equipment when we had contracted for wired. Yet another appointment to correct that. Despite the fact that I did not authorize them to take money out automatically at renewal time, they did so anyway, WITHOUT EVEN SENDING AN INVOICE. Very poorly run company.

Allow me to explain that all of our customers are on pre-authorized debiting once per year automatically through Bank, VISA, M/C or AMEX in order to keep costs down and deliver the lowest possible alarm monitoring rates for our customers.     Service

    They are good until you need service. All goes downhill after that. They make you wait 2 weeks before you get a date. They send someone out who cannot fix the issue then you have to wait another two weeks for their oversight. Will cancel as soon as I can.

    Monitoring Service

    We couldn't be more happy with TMC. Other alarm companies charge almost triple the amount per month for the same service. We've been referring our friends and family to TMC and they've been happy with their service as well. Their customer service is awesome and they're very helpful and patient to answer my questions. Thanks TMC Team!

    Alarm install

    I have 2 residential accounts and 1 business being monitored by TMC. Ive received fantastic service for each install and for the continued monitoring. Actually, when i accidentally open a door before disarming they call me much quicker than my other alarm company ever did. Ive just signed up another family Member as i am quite confident that she will receive the same great service at an affordable Price. TMC is a welcome change!

    Great Service!!

    Installation was very fast and the gentleman was very nice and professional! I'm glad I switched from another company as it is saving me a lot of money. This company has great customer service and great prices!!

    THe Monitoring Centre

    I have used The Monitoring Centre for a number of years. We have moved several times and they have always been very helpful when moving and trying to use existing security equipment in the house. Every time we have moved we have requested the same excellent technician, Adam, who always takes the take to make sure that the security system is set up properly and that vulnerable areas in the house are covered. The Monitoring Centre offers great value in monitoring, and with the savings on house insurance, the cost of the monitoring is often nearly covered by this saving. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Monitoring Centre to anyone interested in home security.
