    Home Security

    I am a returning customer after 5 years away. Only reason I left was to get home automation. Decided that I was paying too much. From the day I called till I had my system reinstalled and running was 48 hours. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave honest practical advice (Dave from Brampton). Can't go wrong with TMC

    Security System installation and monitoring for 18 mos

    I used to have TMC monitor my security system in my prior house. I like them so much I have just had a new system installed in my new house by this great company and paid only $120 for 18 months of monitoring. Try to beat that price. Whenever I accidentally trigger the alarm, they always call quickly to check that everything is ok. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them. I was once a customer of a well known compamy and was very disappointed with their service and the high monthly monitoring cost.

    Great service!

    Fantastic service! Knowledgeable staff, excellent attention to customer service and good pricing. We were hesitant as we had been with our previous service provider to many years. We could resist the price and we are so happy we made the change!

    Home Security

    Very prompt response and followup. Very tidy installation. Highly recommended. Dave the guy who came for installation was punctual, very knowledgable. The installation was a bit complicated since we have a completed basement.

    alarm switch over

    called company on Thursday and they had someone at the house Friday morning . Gary was the installer , he just had to reprogram my current system to The Monitoring Center and he was done. He was in and out in an hour.

    Easy and pleasant installation

    TMC walked me thru the whole process of changing over from another supplier. The service call was also very pleasant. The technician showed up on time, was efficient, organized and and polite. Lastly but not least the 9.99/months fits everyone's budget. I would recommend them to friends.

    Alarm System Installation and Monitoring

    I decided to call the monitoring centre because of the price and because I don't have a home phone and they had options available that would work for me. The technician arrived on time, assessed the old system that was already installed and was able to use a lot of the previous equipment which helped save me money which was great. I've had the service for about a month now, this is the only alarm company I've used before and so far I've been pretty happy with them.

    Most unprofessional installer I've encountered

    The tech was a guy named Martin. During the process of setting up my alarm, he kicked over 2 full cans of paint down my staircase. 2 hours of cleanup later, and after assessing the damage, I said I was not paying for the privilege of him damaging my home. He threw a fit and called "his boss". After a 5 minute private conversation, they decided that it was my fault that a grown man cannot see paint cans on the floor. I had to argue to eventually get the fee waived. Will report to consumer affairs and take to small claims. Pictures below are after cleanup. For homestars reviewer, the work was completed and contract signed UPDATE : Mirella at TMC resolved the issue by fully covering the damages. She is a pleasure to deal with and was the highlight of my experience so far with the company.

    Home Alarm Monitoring System

    During the month of December 2015, my husband and I made the decision to switch alarm monitoring company's. I telephoned a number of different companies but honestly found 'The Monitoring Centre' to be the most reasonable and honest. When I initially telephoned I spoke with Mirella [in customer service] who answered all my questions / concerns and even responded to numerous e-mail inquiries prior to the installation of our new system. Needless to say, on Friday - Jan. 8th their technician [Brian] arrived - he was absolutely FANTASTIC, he not only answered all the questions on my checklist but made some excellent recommendations for our home. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending 'The Monitoring Centre' to anyone - their staff have the expertise, professionalism and knowledge necessary. They are also polite, courteous and follow-up afterwards which was greatly appreciated.

    Alarm system

    I started to use The Monitoring Center since October 2015 when I moved to my new home. The technician who visited for the installation was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the service till now.
