    Plumbing installation

    Prompt and excellent service from Bobo. Happy that there are now separate shut-off valves in all the bathrooms. It's a relief to know I can count on Reliance for all my plumbing works. Thank you and keep up the good work!

    Air conditioner repair

    We called Home Reliance and got a next day appointment. Kyle called 10 minutes out on the earlier end of our confirmed time allotment. Kyle was amazing - courteous, friendly, respectful knowledgeable, efficient. We enrolled for the protection plan during the service call which afforded us a discounted service call. Thank you Kyle Would highly recommend

    Water heater problem

    Cadeem came out to take a look at my water heater. He arrived within the time frame he gave me which was great. He fixed the problem in no time at all and even called back the next day to make sure everything was working properly. What a guy! Great service and friendly to talk to.

    Hot Water tank repair

    Hot water tank element was corroded from hard water scale, they fixed it quickly with no issues

    Service call out

    I called reliance at 7:30 PM and was advised that an appointment was available for me between 7 AM and 11 AM the following day. I was given a call at 6:50 AM and the engineer Ted arrived 10 minutes later. Ted was very efficient and advised me that a new motor was required on my furnace. As I had reliance insurance, the cost to me was zero. Replacing the parts wouldve cost me almost $700. I am extremely pleased with the services of reliance home comfort.

    Hot Water Tank

    Great company fast and efficient, overall good service. Was very polite and respectful. Got hot water back running in no time.
