    Leaking hot water tank

    Very professional and able team- highly recommended. Very quick response, managed to fix the issue ASAP

    Water heater replacement

    I called Reliance on Monday morning to have my water heater looked at. They sent someone out that same day to take a look, then had someone come back the next morning to replace it. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone who we dealt with was friendly and the service was great!

    iron system

    Be aware of any contract. They offer me this system and nobody mentioned to me that this contract will be for 7 years!!! My quality of wather get worse ,I contract company and asked to remove this system, but realized that I have 7 year's contract and can not stop the service.

    Plumbing service

    Reliance has great customer service. I had a running tap and couldnt shut it off without turning off the water supply in the house. I phoned reliance and I was able to get an appointment on the same day. An excellent plumber Boboo came and fixed the problem. Just like the customer service rep, he was well mannered, knowledgeable, attentive and excellent. Been with reliance for a while now, never been disappointed. You can rely on Reliance.

    HVAC Quote

    Initially my experience with Reliance was great, the quote process was easy and fit the needs of my home. However, upon signing of the contract (which was discussed at length to be a financing contract for the unit). The sales person, Neil, actually presented to me what I would later find out was a rental contract. After realizing my mistake (I was under a lot of pressure to get a furnace as soon as possible) Reliance had informed me that I am to honor the contract, and that no action will be taken on my behalf. underhanded and unprofessional, do not count on Reliance.

    Furnace and AC

    I called Reliance and wanted to explore the options to replace my old furnace. David was booked as the advisor. He called before the appointment as I requested at the booking. The whole process was a great experience. David was friendly and knowledgeable, I learned a lot about the furnace from him and felt comfortable using the company down the road. David ensured all my questions were answered and will be there to help if there are more questions or issues. Strongly recommend the worry-free program for anyone like myself. On the Day of the installation, my new Nest Thermostat did not work properly due to a low battery issue. Called David and he responded quickly. After he consulted his manager, he gave me an instruction to tackle the problem which eventually solved problem. Much appreciated. Excellent teamwork of David and his department as well.

    Furnace

    Very fast and efficient and very Knowledgable a he was able to diagnose my furnace and fix it that day Andy Was a very polite young man , I am always very cautious about people coming into my house and I felt very comfortable with him. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone who needs Knowledgable
