    Fast and reliable

    The leased water heater was turned off once a while, they came and tried to replace parts, didn't work and they came back with a new water heater. Excellent service.

    Great service, good followup

    I was looking for a new furnace and a tankless water heater. Their rental program offered great value, and the installation was very done on time, done well, and I believe will be a great product for years at a reasonable monthly rate

    HVAC service

    Called Reliance for a service call as our furnace/AC started to make really loud noises. Within 2hrs of calling the company their local HVAC technician was at our home and able to diagnose and fix the issue. He was very knowledgeable, thorough in his inspection and offered great advice for another issue with our vent system. Thanks again, Dillon!

    Trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable

    Once again, Reliance stepped up to the plate. Bought a new Carrier Infinity furnace and AC. Products were installed last week. Salesperson, Tim, has been amazing throughout. No heavy sales pitch, just straight facts. The guy knows his stuff! Day of install (don't have the names), guys were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Left the place cleaner than when they got here! The install was flawless. They also took all the time necessary to explain all the high tech features of an advanced system. Good thing about Reliance is that every experience I've had with them is consistent - it's all about customer service, including Amanda who really went above and beyond to get us the product we wanted/needed. Not my first positive review on this organization and won't be my last!

    A/C installation

    The Reliance advisor, Chris, was very courteous and professional. He provided options and arranged for the service the following day at a fair price. The technicians arrived as scheduled and did a great job. I would highly recommend for any heating or air conditioning needs.
