    water heater service call

    Service engineer Matthew P (RCH 1813) should be commended on a fine job of identifying a water heater issue that was causing us 4 years of trouble in our house. Other Reliance service agents missed this problem on several visits to try and correct the problem. Please make sure that Matthew is recognized for not only fixing the problem he was called in for, but for identifying a bigger issue that solved a bigger problem.

    service to furnace

    I had Chad and Darren do a service maintence on my furnace today, great job by both guys, did a great job, very pleased, not to often do you 2 guys who care so much, went above and beond informing me of every thing they were doing, we were very pleased with the service call Thank you Bill Dodd ( your rating should be able to go to !0

    My water heater needed to be replaced and I called reliancehomeconfort Chad from the Richmond Hill branch a Techican was booked he was very knowledgeable and professional he gave additional advice about heating and cooling which was beneficial. I will recommended Reliancehomeconfort and Chad to any one who needs service Techican.

    Water tank

    Water Heater

    My hot water heater quit delivering regular pressure and very little hot water. Service rep. called me within the hour and we set a time. He was prompt, professional and fixed the problem. He gave me a few tips what to do if it happens again right away. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

    Water Heater

    I was very pleased with the service. The technician Joey was at my house on time and called before arriving. The work was clean and done efficiently.The piping had to be replaced and he offered to help with cutting the ceiling of the finished basement to help install the new pipes. The work was complete within 2.5 hours.

    John Saliba did a fabulous job he was here right In the morning and had the problem resolved quickly. He was very nice and knowledge. Was very happy with my service today. I hope the next time I need a repair I can get the same guy

    "Smart Air 2000" Package: Furnace,Air-Conditioner,Humidifier,etc.

    Salesman: Norman Wong Installers: Milad S. & Co-worker Norman showed up at the designated time and was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He then: Evaluated the existing system; Proposed a suitable new system; Calculated the energy savings of new system versus old; Explained the energy cost savings; Explained the financial options; Processed the contract and government energy rebate; Scheduled the installation. The installers did an absolutely great job installing the new system. They were very professional, polite and highly skilled. After installation, they explained how to operate the LCD touch-screen thermostat and the humidifier controls. There was one issue: the "SmartAir Media Filter" was missing, which leaves the return duct and blower unit disconnected. But the installer said it would be installed within the next day or so.

    Hot Water Heater

    Ken came to adjust the venting on our recently installed hot water heater. He was prompt, polite and professional. The adjustment was done in minutes. Great service completed to my satisfaction..
