After a shaky past experience with Reliance, they have certainly made it right with us. Mr Amirrajab serviced our furnace the last 2 times. He is punctual, professional, courteous and very helpful. It's a great feeling to know that professionalism still exists. Thank you for making this a good experience, it gives us hope!!!

Installer was friendly, professional and quick. very satified. Our old hot water heater was 30 years old. Our new one is brand new and gives us more more water, which is very important with teenagers in the house!

Service from Steve in Sales, then Daniel and James on installation was excellent. They were all punctual, polite and professional. The installation was well done and they cleaned up afterwards to the extent you would not have known they were there.

I discovered a leak in our 19+ year-old hot water heater tank. Matthew Pelone, a service technician from Reliance Home Comfort, arrived on the scene in less than a half-hour to assess the situation. Matthew was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He provided me with the information I needed to know about replacing the old water heater. Matthew demonstrated great care in removing the leaking water heater from my home. He also quickly and skillfully installed the new rental unit minimizing the impact on my family. Matthew is an excellent service technician and I am extremely satisfied with the work he performed for us today.

Our Furnace was 20 years old and our air conditioner was 13 years old. So when we saw the advertisement for a FREE air conditioner with a purchase of a furnace sale, it sounded like a terrific bargain. A few years ago, we were giving a quote for a new furnace from Enbridge. The price was much higher than what we expected. What I liked about Reliance - is the fact that they had amazing payments and financing options and with no upfront cost. We asked our daughter in law to investigate the better business bureau for the ratings on the Reliance Company and found that they have the highest rating of A+ which was the confirmation for our choice. Also, we found David Janes presentation VERY helpful concerning our decisions. One quick thing was that there was an issue with the delivery of a Hot water tank as we had an ongoing contract with National Home Services that affected the completion of our humidifier and correct filter. The companies sales rep was quick to address a solution and we are in the process of awaiting completion for the hot water tank, humidifier and filtration. This was all due to a canceling fee with National Home services as I understand Reliance is in the process of buying out this company. Thus we must wait to avoid any canceling charges with national home services. excellent work and I would defiantly recommend them to family and friends.

Since the new HVAC was installed it has screwed up and not working correctly. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE SERVICE TECH TO RETURN SINCE HE DIDN'T HAVE THE SERVICE MANUAL !!

Dave came to my home upon appointment. After patient explanation, we came to the agreement. One day after, I changed my mind and want to change the payment method. He came again and settled everything. Now the furnace and air conditioner are installed. I don't have to worry about the possible break in the mid of winter night.
