We signed up for the Comfort Protection Plan. Today were required a new thermostat. Within a couple of hours a technician arrived and installed a new one. He was very professional and knowledgeable, He worked quickly and explained everything fully to us. Thank you James W. If we have any issues in the future I hope we get you. Have a great day!

We had our hot water tank repaired the day after we put the call in. Philip S. was very knowledgable, friendly and professional and had the problem diagnosed and fixed promptly. We are very happy with his service.

We had an problem with our water tank. Gurmeet came by and was very help full. He was fast and was in and out in 30 minutes. Reliance was very good. He has very good communication skills.

I just received a service for my air conditioner. The service attendant was Frank. He did a wonderful job in replacing my fan motor part. We had some snags to over come, but he persisted and got the job. Now my next door neighbor will not have to hear my squeaky air conditioner turn on. The technician was punctual; he called in prior to the service window to confirm estimated arrival time. He used runners from the front door to the equipment location...no mess and the installation was impeccable! The technician was very customer focused…explained each step along the way. A very pleasant, honest experience!

I have a water tank leak that needed immediate repair and eventually replacement. Brian Green was helpful to organize all the tasks and follow through with the schedules set The technical team composed of Joe Green, Wesley, John, Ringo, Dereck were all technically knowledgeable and professional. Had Two installers from Reliance Home Comfort today installing a new furnace AC and Water heater. Dean and Shelly came on time at 8:30 am and were very professional and knowledgeable with their service They both were very clean and laid down mats on our stairs and used booties when on carpets. They both were very friendly and answered any questions we had both during and after the installation process.Shelly my mother set up the new thermostat which helped a lot. Also Dean and Shelly also were able to help with choosing Carbon Monoxide detectors with us. Their knowledge and expertise helped immensely with this transition. I would reccomend two of them to anyone.
