There was no hot water in my house. Reliance send gurmeet on Sunday to fix it. He provided a good service. He have the part available which need to be replaced. Gurmeet is a good technician. Diagnosed the problem quickly and done the right job.

Brad Staratt came in, immediately advised us that our leaking tank needed replacement. Was fast efficient and friendly service. Fantastic representative of Reliance. Would recommend to others. Thank you for the fast and efficient service on the weekend .

A team of three (Josh, Alex, Jordaine, team # 1147) showed up right on time. They told us in advance what they were going to do before starting the job. The whole process was fast and smooth. They cleaned up very well after everything. And the team leader is very knowledgable and good at explaining tech details in easy way. Very satisfied. Thank you.

The installation was subcontracted out to Nauss plumbing and heating. Those guys did a great job.They were prompt, actually showed up a day early wich was great. Installation was seemed to be a breeze for the crew. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and also how to use the equipment. Once the job was completed everything was cleaned up and drop sheets taken out right behind them. The crew consisted of Adam Groves, Mark Olivier and Brad Olivier. Their electrician Todd was great as well. He managed to run the 10guage wire inside were it is hidden and did a great job as well. I was worried of having the wire run outside on the side of my house. Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

My home AC system suddenly stopped working. I called Reliance Home Comfort and was surprised to get connected to a representative immediately. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was promised service within 3 hours. Sure enough, Adam Walker- the service tech showed up in less than 1 hour of my first and only call. He promptly identified the problem and fixed it in minutes. Adam is highly competent and went beyond the call to set my system for its optimum performance. I would strongly recommend Adam and Reliance. I readily agreed to upgrade my service contract to the next level.

Wednesday my hot water tank broke down and I was able to receive service Thursday afternoon by a technician named Allen. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. Before he left he took his time to explain to me the problem that occur, therefore I found the service great and helpful. Thanks allen and reliance .

A Reliance Home Comfort technician named Gurmeet was scheduled for a home repair. I found him to be professional, friendly and knowledgable of the issues I was facing regarding my hot water heater. I was happy with his punctuality and the service he provided especially with how quickly the repair was completed. K.D.

THE INSTALLERS (SAM/AMIN FROM AMBIANT AIR) WERE VERY CORTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND TRIED THEIR BEST TO WORK AS CLEAN AS THEY CAN. OMER ( SALESPERSON ) WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE GOT THE JOB DONE WITH VERY LITTLE HASSLE. THANK YOU!

We realized this morning that our water tank was dripping, so I turned off everything related with the water tank and I called Reliance;they told me that they could come tomorrow morning, but they will try to get me someone sooner. This afternoon they called back saying that they could come to check the water tank dripping at that very moment. Jason Mitruk showed up and after checking on the old tank, he decided that changing the water tank was the best way to go, as it was already old enough to fix it; so he changed it. He did a great job, he was very careful and neat inside and around the house and he left a brand new water tank working in less than a couple of hours. We are very thankful to know that we can shower again with hot water tonight. Thank you again for your fast response.

The service advisor called in advance, as promised. Showed up on time and completed the service / repair in a timely manner. He was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service.
