I needed to have a part replaced on my hot water tank. Matt was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was even early! After fixing the hot water tank, Matt took time to have a conversation with me about what products would be best suited for my home - since both the tank and furnace need replacing. I was very happy with my service today.

I had a technician come by by the name of mike zevallos 6709. Mike called ahead of time and was very polite and easy going. Mike explain so many things to me that i didn't know about my furnace and a/c and i would highly recommend reliance to friends and family. great service

Adam W was prompt, efficient and friendly when responding to a neighbour's noise complaint about our new ac. Even though the noise was already negligible, Adam installed a pad and changed a pad free of charge to try and muffle the sound even further. Thanks, Adam!

My furnace/thermostat malfunctioned and Reliance, through Phil, provided prompt and excellent service. Phil did not leave my house until he was sure all aspects of the HVAC system were working properly.

Omer Sheikh was such a helpful friendly and truthful salesman. He made every process of our A/C installation, comfortable, friendly and easy. He made sure the job was done and thoroughly went through every step with us, explaining every detail making sure we were okay with everything. I am very happy with his service he provided and the service the installers has presented because they all did a excellent job.

Overall, we were very pleased with both the Sales Rep and the install crew. They were knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. They were very efficient and able to complete the work within a short time frame, while getting the job done right. During the install, the sales rep checked in several times to ensure that it was going as planned and that we were satisfied with the work. Air conditioner wasn't working. Polite technician found issue fixed it plus found another issue which he stayed and fixed at the end of day on a Sunday. Beyond happy about the service we received. Thanks Rick CBA 0861!

Gurmeet service tech was very good at fixing problem.. Replaced motor on hot water tank. Had motor in his truck and replaced it within 30 min. Very pleased with service and timely fashion.
