    SERVICE

    Good service, The service rep Andrew even clean up the floor and vacuum inside the heater, fixed the water leaks, very good workmanship. and put cover on his boots before comes into my house.

    Furnace maintenance

    Mehul Patel did a very good job on my furnace maintenance, very polite, didn't cost a lot of money and came on time and was didn't take lots of time to finish the job!

    Hot water tank

    After two days without Hot water , I was very pleased when a young insightful technician (Richard Podzorski) arrived to my house and expertly spotted my problem with my aging hot water tank. He made a few suggestions and ultimately we decided upon are placement tank. The new system including new venting was completed the same day in less than an hour . I am very pleased with this company that my service provider Reliance recommended .

    A/C and Furnace Intallation

    I had my AC and Furnace installed on June 4,2014.Matt Santos,Home Comfort Advisor, was excellent. He was very thorough and professional.Matt,was very helpful from the process of installation and following up on our claim for the damage done to our dryer.He is very efficient and prompt in replying back to our calls.Thank you Matt,we are sticking to Reliance .I would recommend Reliance to anyone,excellent service.

    Furnace and air cond. preventative maintenance

    When cleaning air filter I decidedd to call for a inspection/cleanup. I was set-up with an appt the same day. Jamie (I.D#0302) was fast friendly and efficient, carried out the work in a good manner and left us assured that things were in order and working well. I recommend anyone wishing to have peace of mind that their system is working well have it done as we did, before a problem arises.

    Furnace / Air Conditioner Install

    The reliance team who proposed and installed our furnace and air conditioner was friendly and knowledgeable about all possibilities for energy efficiency and future savings. The installation process was non stressful. The decision on the type of products to purchase was made easily and the they were installed the following day. All was said and done two days later. Wow. Thanks Reliance.

    online move request form

    Customer service was very poor in my opinion as it relates to making it easier to schedule a cancellation of service by completing the online move form. I received an automated email stating that a representative would contact me within 3 business days. After 8 days of waiting, I finally had to call myself to confirm they had received the notice of my move. Let me say that if you want to serve an online generation with fast, effective and efficient.service you have to follow-through on what you promise. VERY disappointed in the lack of online serve response.

    Hot Water Heater Installation

    Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Matt Santos. He provided excellent service when my hot water heater wasn't meeting my needs. He recommended a tankless and found a way to have it installed when others said it was impossible. Thanks again Matt!

    Heating system upgrade

    Started this in April still not 100% Switched from Oil to Propane. Contractor left mess, yes it was spring, Missed apointments, cause extra charges. Sales rep messed up paperwork. Still waiting for my rebate 2 months later. Bills showed up though. I am not sure I got what I am paying for. Reliance OK but watch who they subcontract out to. Financing the draw poor service the result. Have not even turned it on yet. no idea how. Will be getting a service call in the fall.I normaly do not Rate service of Companies, but this headach has caused me to warn the next poor sucker.

    AC/Furnace Service

    Bruce, team member 3158, was excellent. His thorough and professional amnner was really good. His manner in servicing our unit was very professional. So glad I have Reliance Home Comfort. Thanks!!
