Matthew Santos provided excellent customer service with follow up. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and understood my concerns, issues, and priorities. He was accessible and responded to my calls in a timely manner.

Our water heater was leaking and we called reliance right away. Reliance was very punctual, and the technician Wes. C was awesome. They replaced the tank as well as some piping and did so in a timely manner. He was very pleasant, and cleaned up water that leaked from the tank.

The tech Gurmeet was here right as soon as possible only 15 into the scheduled appointment window he was extremely curtious was very efficient and quick in doing the necessary repairs and he made the entire interaction as complete pleasure and great experience thank you again

Wesley Lloyd went to my home to repair the water. i noticed water on the floor around the water tank. Wesley explained why it was leaking and what he was going to do to repair it. thank you reliance for your service.

Ryan and Jon were polite, professional and worked efficiently. Very pleased with the installation, and they even swept up their mess when finished! The install was completed in quoted time as promised. Will recommend to others.

Crew was right on time and installed the air conditioning and furnace and removed all of the old equipment the same day. A/C was on when I got home from work, Installation was neat and everything was cleaned up. They took the time to explain the system before they left.

Your installers - Kevin/Sean employee# 0847 must be commanded for a neat, thorough and conscienseous job done very professionally. I certainly will recommend them to anyone that asks.Of course Donna Ingratta did a wonderful job also.

Joe D'Onofrio (GTA Technician) came to service my air conditioner. I had just moved into an old home and I didn't even know if the A/C unit worked. Joe was prompt, courteous and efficient and took the time to show me how the unit worked and how to maintain it. Great service

We were duped into having our water tank replaced by a subcontractor representing themselves as Reliance. They replace the tank and took the old tank with them. They did not represent Reliance. Reliance offered great customer supporte through this embarrassing situation. We were able to cancel the contract within the 10 days. Special thanks to Elena for her great phone support and to Daryl#2109 for the professional speedy removal of the tank.
