Sales person Jason was professional and knowledgeable. Easy decision for me to make the purchase. Arranged the installation for both units in less than a week. Looking forward to our new AC and tankless water heater.

Would like to thank John Saliba for his work on our air conditioner repair. He identified the tag showing previous repair work and clearly showed where parts had rusted through. He quickly repaired the air conditioner & made sure it was up and running (even staying to make sure it restarted after I turned it off).

My water heater tank was leaking so I called Reliance to make an appointment. A technician named Chad came over and was actually early. I was extremely impressed with his service, expertise and professionalism. He fixed the problem, provided advice and cleaned the work area. Thanks Chad.

After hearing that my home central AC has come to the end of its natural life and that I would need to get a brand new AC outdoor unit and replace all the pipes to the furnace evaporator unit, I called Reliance home comfort. They sent out John Saliba, their Senior Tech for Peel region. John diagnosed the problem in short order and saved us money and time. An exceptional tech, John demonstrated concern for the customer, in an industry rife with unscrupulous, unethical and unqualified folks advertising their services on Kijiji. John exemplified true service ethics and competence. It was a pleasure dealing with John, and he is a true asset to Reliance Home Comfort. What started as a random phone call has been probably transformed into a lasting service relationship with this company, thanks to John Saliba. Highly recommended. Daniel and Kory from Sudbury were very friendly, professional and quick on the installation of my new furnace and a/c unit. Performed a detailed walk around of work performed and the operation of the new system. Very satisfied with the service from start (dealing with Cal and Bill Wright to the installers Dan and Kory)

Adam & Don installed our furnace and A/C professionally and efficiently. They were respectful and polite. They cleaned up after the job was done and left the place spotless. They explained everything. From the installation down to how to program the thermostat.

Good day! I just moved into my brand new townhouse this past weekend! Needless to say - I'm over the moon! I did notice however that I didn't have any hot water. After calling Reliance and having and initial visit from one of their service men, I again noticed the lack of hot water. I called and set up another appointment the next day. Reliance service man Gurmeet Singh, came to take a look at my furnace. Gurmeet took his time and showed true concern for my situation ( 3 days without a hot shower). Gurmeet refused to leave my house until hot water was running as expected! I had to take the time to write and commend Reliance on choosing people like Gurmeet to represent them as a Company! Recently I found out that my rented water heater tank got leaked. I called Reliance Home Comfort customer service. Next day the company trusted advisor Wesley Lloyd and his co-worker Ringo came and exchanged my damaged water heater tank with a new one for FREE! The guys were very quick and accurate to complete the job! Plus, Wesley gave me a short consultation on the tank, furnace and AC unit in my home.
