    Installation of furnace and air conditioning

    The team of Scott, Jeff, Dan and Barris did a great job removing an old furnace/ac and installing brand new ones. There were obstacles as usual with any big job but the team of professionals provided guidance and solutions. Upon completion I am very satisfied with the work and the product.

    hot water tank

    We have a small hot water tank in our house. It rusted out 2 years ago and had to be replaced. The new tank was an updated version of the old one. Due to space limitations in our utility room the installation was difficult and 20 months later we were having problems with the new tank. Several technicians came to our home but the problem kept occurring. After several visits Matt determined that it wasnt a bad thermocouple or a bad gas sensor but an issue with venting. The carbon monoxide detector readings were unsafe and Matt shut our water heater down. Uh oh...no hot water. Matt called Jason Rowe who showed up within a couple of hours and checked our utility room out for the suitability of a tankless water heater installation. It was found to be suitable and the only viable option for our home. Jason called an order in and the next available install date was 9 days away. Not long to wait but very long to wait with no hot water in our home. Jason was sympathetic and explained that hed do whatever it took to move the install date ahead as much as possible. We got an email less than 24hrs later and our install date moved from 9 days away to 2 days. Thank you Jason! Please pass along our heartfelt appreciation along to whomever had a part in getting us looked after quickly. Jason explained that he had help from individuals working on their days off to help us out. That is going above and beyond and is sadly lacking in business these days. Obviously not the case with Jason Rowe and his team at Reliance. Kudos to you Jason. Thanks to Matt for finding the isdue with our tank and for shutting it down to keep our family safe. Our family thanks Matt, Jason Rowe and everyone else at Reliance for treating us like youd want your family to be treated. Brilliant customer service! John and Lisa Hamilton ON

    replace defective hot water tank

    john employee # 1485was very professional & highly skilled . John can out on Sunday and had the hot water tank changed out in approx. 2 hrs. . John is one of the best service people we have encountered in the last 10 years Regards , Dennis Dixon

    water heater replacement

    Was a very quick response. came in and replaced water heater within 2 hours of first contact. Wes did a great job, was friendly and I would highly recommend him personally.

    Hot Water Heater Rental Installation

    Tank replacement. Quick response. Trusted Advisor Jason Mitruk responded. Professional, curtious and knowledgeable on removal and installation. In my estimation a good ambassador and valued employee. Very Well done Jason!!!

    Service

    Great service. The service provider came to do a maintenance agreement service on my Air Conditioning - he took the time to explain what he was doing, wore slippers over his shoes in my basement (respectful), and cleaned up during and after. Thank you!

    Replace Hotwater Tank

    Over $2200.00 spent over 14 years for a rental tank. Sprang a leak on June 1/14, called Reliance, for service. Today is June 6/14 still have a leaking tank. I have called Reliance, booked times to have the work done twice, missed a day & a half of work. Called again, to find out why no one showed up again! Still waiting to hear from supervisor (lol). I could have bought 2 tanks and had them installed for the money I've spent. I am curious to hear what they have to say next. I think will be purchasing my own tank and paying for the install. I believe I can provide myself far better customer service!

    Furnace

    We were very pleased with Adam Suthers from Reliance when he came to diagnose and then returned to repair our furnace blower. He was very efficient and reliable and we will be happy to have him return for future work. Many thanks.

    water heater

    Amber quickly solved the problem with my water heater, even though initially the cause was not readily apparent. I think it required some òut of the box` thinking...and she was up to the task. I am very pleased and my problem is solved. thanks!!

    Air Conditioning Service

    Chris from Reliance Home Comfort came over to investigate why my Air Conditioning wasn't coming on. While it turned out that the unit was done, Chris explained everything thoroughly in a professional manner and provided excellent advice. He also set up an appointment to see a sales representative about purchasing a new unit.
