I knew replacing my 25yr old system there would be challenges. Installers Len and Bill working together solved the issues resulting in a professional installation. Work site was spotless when finished. Great job!!

Ross came out to do my annual service on my Air Conditioner. Before arriving he called to say he would be there in 30 mins. He was prompt, extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very considerate and made sure he covered his feet with booties before entering my home. From the phone call to book this appointment to Ross arriving and servicing my air conditioner I couldn't be happier with the promptness and professionalism of this company. I love this company and their Home Comfort program for air conditioner and furnace. They also service my water heater and do an amazing job with that. I would highly recommend it!!!

Called Reliance as the one year old AC Unit was noisy and not cooling as it should, Adam Walker came in in less than an hour and fixed the problem, very efficient, very polite, very fast. Thank you Adam, and we are sticking to Reliance

I saw rust on my water heater and learned that my neighbours had got their tank replaced by Reliance. I called Reliance to verify it and they sent Saleem Malik to my home next day. Saleem has a good customer service. He checked the tank and agreed that it rusted out. He explained to me that the gas vent pipes need to be upgraded to 636 then Reliance would change the tank. I am satisfied with his service visit.

Central a/c was not cooling. I called Reliance and they arranged to send a technician within a few hours. The Technician - ADAM arrived at the dot of the appointed time and investigated the complaint thoroughly and very logically. He was able to identify the potential problems right away and fixed it in no time. I am very impressed by the service I got from Adam & Reliance and will have no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and family.

I had Jason Mitruk in my home to fix my hot water tank. He was extremely professional and was able to fix the leaks and restore my hot water to it's previous function. As Jason completed the task he explained to me each step with patience and kindness. He is an excellent teacher. The service provided by this staff member made me forget that I did not have hot water for 2 days.

Water from hot water tank all over the floor when we got up. Called Reliance and, quick as a flash,Shawn Pophrer, 1557, showed up. Job done quick as a flash and back to normal. WELL DONE!

The water heater was leaking Salem Malik came and fixed it for me on 11.june.2014 He did a good job and he put his shoe off and was very helpful
