    Air confitionner

    They came Wednesday and told us that a part needed to be ordered and it would be over 1000$ but we have maintenance. The part was ordered came directly to our house on Monday. Told them to part was in they came the same day and its all fixed

    Extremely knowledgable

    Dennis came to help me with my heating issues in Red Rock. He showed up before the estimated time of arrival and was very professional. His level of knowledge was outstanding. He was able to diagnose the issue extremely quickly and got everything working in no time. I'd definitely recommend him and Reliance to everyone I know.

    Wall unit air conditioner service

    Norm #1581 serviced our wall unit and I was exceptionally satisfied with his expertise and work. He went to great lengths to make sure it was working for us. He was pleasant, neat and professionally versed. He really cared to get it working for us. 5 stars!

    Aircon and heating

    Don't use home reliance. They billing department is incompetent. I have spent a year sorting through my issues.

    Reliance keeps withdrawing money from my account for boiler I no longer have

    Rented boiler from Reliance, when it died on March 11, Reliance techs confirmed it needs replacement. I bought a new one from another company. Reliance picked up the old one, however, withdrew full rental for that month. I called customer service, was told that they can't refund, but will apply $50 credit to my account, towards water heater rental that I have with Reliance. In April, money withdrawn from my account for the full month rental for the boiler. Called customer rep, was told that it did not come through yet, and that my money will be refunded. In May, money withdrawn from my account for full month rental. Called customer solutions this time, was assured that money will be refunded, that email is sent to the manager and to the billing department. Still waiting for my money ,but very nervous about next month, as I suspect the story will repeat itself. I can't stop payment at the bank, as my water heater rental is on the same account. Had some problems with Reliance in the past, however, after many calls and manager's involvement, they came through, above and beyond, and made sure we are satisfied. I feel very helpless at this time, and very bitter that after paying rental for this boiler(which only lasted 10 years), with total of almost double the cost of the very expensive boiler, this big company is still taking advantage of the little person.

    Water heater replacement

    The technician called at 7:35 and was here before 8. They came in to check the work area and got started immediately. Both men were courteous and paid great attention to the walls, doors and other furnishings which were near the path to the furnace room. The job was completed in about an hour and area was left clean. I was given all necessary information about use of water and timing for heating. Very good service!

    Furnace.a/c. Tankless heater. Hepa filter system.

    Very professional, knowledgeable, and very competitive pricing. Quick service, without the pressure and rush. Highly recommend.

    Furnace, Water Heater, AC and Garage Heater Install

    I highly recommend using Reliance Home Comfort for your home heating and cooling needs. I had the pleasure of personally dealing with Reliance Home Comfort Advisor and he went way above the call of duty. He, would constantly keep me updated either by calling me on my mobile phone or texting me about the status of the equipment or when the installers would be arriving at my home. I also had a great experience with the two installers and their electrician as well. Extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They even laid mats on our flooring from the front entrance to my basement where they were working. They even cleaned up afterwards with a shop vac and you wouldn't have even noticed that they were ever onsite. Thank you so very much to everyone at Reliance Home Comfort that was involved on this project.
