Shawn was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations and only sold us what we needed and was very professional. I wish all sales reps were more like Shawn!

We purchased their home comfort heating and air plan and our AC wasn't working. They sent out a magnificent tech same day who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The resolution was some thing only a seasoned tech would have found. Was very happy with the service.

Tyler came to do the tune up on our furnace and air conditioner today. He was on time, very friendly and explained everything he was doing even with a time frame. Excellent customer service.

Reliance guy Christopher arrived and even though it took a few days to resolve the issue. It got done and we are quite happy with the water draining from the household appliances and sinks. Great service and expertise. Got out years of buildup inside pipes. Not only tree roots but also lots of hair and gunk. Nasty stuff. Great job Chris.

I paid over $7000.00 for a top of the line air conditioner in 2020. The first week the unit was installed I had to have 3 repair men come and fix it as it did not work properly. If the unit gets shut down, and then need to turn it on, it stays on but does not get the house cold. Now two years later and the problem is still going, turned the unit on at the beginning of season only to not have fan on unit working. I am beginning. to wonder if I was sold a broken unit, or were the installers amateurs and broke the unit while installing. Had repairman again come out when fan not working and he said he had to rewire. This company says they are #1, I agree with #1 at complete failure. At what point does the company owner realize they should replace my unit and give me a credit back for my troubles as well as having to pay my electric bill to cool a house that does not cool.

Our a/c is not working properly and Jason from Reliance helped us figure out what is wrong with our unit. He is respectful and gave us advise on how to take care of our unit. Thanks Jason!

Never rent any equipment from RELIANCE. They will install it one day, but good luck with removing. They never want to remove it. I have water heater which was used by the previous landlord. Its old and its not economical. I wanted to remove it, I was given the option to drop of. Other options are very expensive. I was given an account number and when I went there to drop off, they didn't accept it saying that the account is not in my name. ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NEEDS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO MY NAME SO THAT I CAN REMOVE IT. $35 FOR NEW ACCOUNT. I SAID ITS FINE. PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CHANGE IT IN MY NAME. This happened on may 17th-2022 since then i have been talking to customer service, billing department, removal department and every department with reliance. They will ask all the information like address, first name, last name, post code and once they realise that you want to remove the water tank, they will keep on transferring the call to one department to another department. Every day, i have to spend at least 2 hours on phone over them. It is not yet rectified even now. My suggestion to users who rent the equipment from reliance is "IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT FROM THEM, PLEASE RESIGN YOUR JOB FIRST, SO THAT YOU CAN AT LEAST SPEND 2-3 HOURS TALKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXPLAINING YOUR SITUATION TO EACH AND EVERY AGENT AND SPELLING YOUR FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME TO EACH AND EVERY ONE. THEN GOOD LUCK!
