Great experience with all the Reliance team - especially Jayson Newton, They were able to overcome in some installation obstacles to allow the tank less water heater to fit a very cramped space. My wife is much happier with the revamped new set up.

I purchased an AC unit from Reliance two years ago. This week it would not start up. I called for service, they scheduled it for the next day!. Today John a service tech showed up - he was great. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem properly and then solving it. He was very thorough - and extremely nice to deal with. His supervisor was along for the ride and was equally pleasant. Best of all, the entire call was free due to the warranty (which goes to 2021!). Overall great experience.

My rental water tank had rust in the water. Wes arrived and had one look at the water, and an hour later, had replaced the tank. Very efficient and friendly!

Naresh (Paul) was great with helping me understand what was wrong. He was quick and efficient and we are so happy the AC is on. Really appreciate his service. Thank you.

Danny - #2701 came to assess our isue with our Air conditioning Unit and he was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and courteous service people i have ever dealt with. He took the time to explain everything. AWESOME

I called Reliance about my water heater tank about no hot water, the technician Wes should up the next morning within 24 hours. He knows about the stuuf and nice too, i will sure stay with the company.

Was shopping around for a central a/c unit for our new construction in Caledon. Booked a quote from Reliance since they had a free $25 visa card offer if you got a quote - so .. why not? Darius C from Reliance responded really quickly to my quote request and came by after hours to provide details. I was happy with his service but the price was skyhigh (over $1000 higher than average/good companies and $2000 over the fly by night companies) so I passed. Shopped around some more and found a quote for $1200 cheaper for the same a/c from a reputable, quality install company. I let Darius know of the quote I received and he actually gave me a price match and provided a better product! Big difference was that Reliance offered 10 years parts/labour with a few different guarantees while most companies barely offered 2 years labour / 10 parts. Darius came very late after hours to accommodate our timing and was very friendly and helpful. The install itself was a bit off but they got the job done in the end. The install was to be for a "half day install" early morning appointment from 7-11, however by 11AM no one had shown up and I hadn't received any call. So I called Reliance and they said that the installers were running late but would arrive soon. It would have been helpful to have let me know that themselves without having me call and wait for 4+ hours. Installers arrived at 12 and started working. What was to be a half day 3-4 install ended up taking them over 7 hours. They were doing the install from 12-7 before they finally finished. So a half day early morning turned out to be a full day and after dinner time install. At the end of the day, the A/C is installed and is working well. Only problem I note is that the a/c unit was installed on a slight angle/crooked on the brackets.

I had made an appointment with Reliance sales man Omer Sheikh for 7:30 pm on a tuesday. They were very busy as it was late May and peak A/C season and they were running late. Omer Sheikh made arrangements to still meet with me at 10 PM instead of reschedule which was really impressive to me. after some discussion over rates and guarantees available they were able to schedule an installation day for thursday of the same week. excellent job by the sales rep.

Had installed and AC and Furnace last year. everything went smoothly. Sales agent, Darius, promised an extended warranty plan for 5 years on additional payment after the first year's warranty was over. This was a bundled offer along with the new purchase. Now, company now refuses to honour as they have introduced new and more expensive plans. I should have got written confirmation which I didn't. So always get everything in writing because plenty of offers are made at the time of booking a sale.

I called reliance to replace my water tank today. Agent Gurmeet came with the tank He provided good service he was on time as per order , introduce him self and show ID. The work was done in a timely manner and clean up after work finish. He also brought another work from his company His name is Allen who assisted in doing the job. I and my husband is very please with the service that the provide.
