When I called Reliance, I got immediate friendly service and a confirming service e-mail within 15 min. The repair technician, Andy, telephoned ahead to say when he was arriving. He explained the solution clearly, the he and Scott replaced the heater efficiently and quickly (12:10 - 3:30PM). Good Work!!

We needed a new furnace and A/C, but we were a little overwhelmed with the prospect. Jason met us at our home and completely put us at ease. He was knowledgeable and professional. He didn’t try to sell us the most expensive unit but suggested a unit that benefited us the most. Most impressive, was that on the day of installation, Jason was available to handle some last minute details. I would definitely recommend Jason at Reliance, 289-880-9622.

we just moved into a new home and had an an issue with no hot water, Reliance dispatched a service technician - Richard Podzorski - who was fabolous ! Richard came onsite ,assessed the issue and professionally repaired =. HOT SHOWER !! Thanks Richard

Our technician Joe D'Onofrio was top notch! Our A/C would not work (neither fan nor compressor). He assessed the problem, ordered the right parts, came back to install the parts and worked on his own time to ensure that we got back up and running as quickly as possible. Joe is professional and very knowledgeable. He took great care in respecting us and our home, was honest and efficient. Thanks!

Darius was very polite and knowledgeable he was able to answer and clarify all my follow up questions. My A/C was installed the next day. The service technicians were polite and on time.

I call sat to fix water heater leakage . Technician Mehul Patel #2469 came next day on appt time and fix the problem. I am very happy with service. Great service with reliance.

John Saliba was our Service Technician for our annual check up. John was very professional and personable. He conducted a thorough check of both units. He wore the service booties inside the house, which I really appreciate. When asked he was able to give me some good advice on a recent service that was mailed out to me. I believe that his good advice saved me from making a poor decision. I look forward to my next visit, and hope that John is once again my Service Technician. Super Service! Thank you, John. I requested reliance to check my home comfort system and they sent a very nice guy name "Rudie". Rudie knows what he is doing, he is very pleasant to talk. He answered all the questions I had. Reliance would never lose a customer if people like "Rudie" works for them. Please keep your great service up Rudie

we had a problem with the water heater we were not able to get hot water, only called. we called the company the following day we recived a message from Gurmeet to confirm the time, he came on time in less then 15 mins he was able to fix the problem.. he is really good and professional im very satisfied with his service and i hope all the people at your company are as good as Gurmeet.

Frank Amirrajab came out to fix my recently installed Air Conditioner as it was chattering and making lots of noise, but nothing worked. Frank was on time, called ahead, and started off the appointment by asking me what was wrong. After listening to my concerns, he looked at the unit and worked to diagnose the issue. A defective part was to blame, and frank replaced the part and the A/C was back up and running. However, when he finished the job - something did not sit quite right with him. From my experience, this is when most technicians would just leave, but not Frank. He stayed and continued to diagnose what turned out to be improper wiring and settings on my thermostat. He resolved them all and did so in a very courteous, professional and positive way. I have no hesitation in giving Frank my highest recommendation. Not only did he work to resolve the issues to my satisfaction, he stayed until things were resolved to his satisfaction. Thank you Frank!
