    ac installation

    i got an ac installed in my house on a thursday may 15 and of course they didnt get it to run because an electrician was suppoused to come in and do some work before that.What a surprise the next morning the heat wasnt working because they broke it when they were doing the ac, i phoned reliance and they sent a guy that burnt the fuses so i had to wait till the next day and they sent another guy that got it fixed.After one week of waiting i decided to call reliance they said my installation was not on file i had to call like 5 more times and nobody knew what was going on i got disconected like 4 times so everytime i called i had to explained everything again and again.finally i got to talk to the supervisor Meaghan and they sent the electrician john on friday may 23 ,he was very nice and got the job done in 15 min,right away i called the company MRG (hired by reliance)to come and finish the job but there was no answer.Today is friday may 24 i phoned reliance again and they are sending a guy in the afternoon im crossing my fingers i hope they finished the job,i had to call like 10 times in total and im wondering why , i have an 8 month old baby and it's hard for me to be on the phone they should be the ones calling me and getting their staff here to finish the installation.i do not recommend this company and i regret getting this ac from them.It's so nice when the sales person comes and makes it look so easy and simple ,a 3 hr job and that's it,yeah right!!!! Im very dissapointed

    Hot water tank

    I first called Reliance to inform them that cold water was intermittently coming out of my shower and bathroom taps. The rep on the phone told me that I can unplug and plug back in the power cord wait 45 mins and it would fix the problem. We followed her instructions and it worked but it kept happening every week. So after 4weeks I called reliance and asked for home service visit. This is complimentary and included with my regular monthly bill. I asked them for the earliest appointment on Saturday. Wes called before he came and he even came early and diagnosed the problem right away. He cleaned the flame rod and checked vent pressure and gas settings. He was done in 20 minutes. He also cleaned the floor of our unfinished basement around the hot water tank. I am very happy with their service.

    Heating, A/C, Water Heater

    New 2 stage furnace, A/C, (SmartAire 2000) and Hi Output water tank. Once purchased (rented actually, a good value option), the installation was done very quickly and good work. Commissioning of the A/C took a bit but the weather was too cool to run it proper. Now it's all running, very well, and it makes my old system feel like it was junk.The sales Rep (Jason Rowe) from Reliance went above and beyond to handle my issues and make sure the right people were contacted to get the issues resolved, and never let me down. Very happy with the work, the Rep, the company and their network of dealers.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    I had a new furnace and AC installed. It was a difficult install but the installation was pristine. The installers were helpful, polite and quite efficient. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything about the products and operation instructions. There was incredible attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.. A great consumer experience. They even returned when leaving finding me a AC cover. Great work guys Paul Labute

    Hot water tank

    Paul (team member #498) from Reliance Home Comfort did an awesome job when I required service. My hot water tank needed to be rotated, he did the job in half the time I was expecting. His skills and knowledge saved me time and money, I would definitely recommend his services. Thanks Paul!

    Air Conditioning

    I had Darius Chichgur from Reliance in for an estimate on new air conditioning. I was very impressed with the information provided with all the options. Very professional, punctual and courteous service. Would recommend Darius to all.

    Water Tank Rental

    air and furnace

    Installation add on

    I reached the end of my patience with Reliance Customer Service, to the point that I was ready to rip the entire system out and leave it in my driveway. The circumstances are too long and involved to go into any detail, so I will cut to todays date. Ryan came to the house, explained what he thought would be the best alternative, and asked if that would be okay with me. Great young man, and very concerned about the customers satisfaction, unlike others I spoke with at Reliance. If it wasn't for his good work, and the care taken in doing a job that made me (the customer) happy, then I would not be dealing with Reliance any further. This company owes this young man a medal or at least a dinner out.

    New Furnace & A/C

    Matt was very friendly & knowledgeable. He inspected or furnace and explained why it needed to be replaced, and how the changes would benefit us. He made us feel very comfortable with the products.
