Our air conditioning stopped working all of a sudden during a really hot weekend. We called reliance as we have their Protection Plus Plan and they sent a technician out the next morning. Their technician Paul Chattarpaul had worked on our home before and we were happy to see that he would be the one working on our AC unit. Paul was able to diagnose the problem within minutes! He is very knowledgeable/professional and courteous. He always takes the time to do things properly with no shortcuts! He always explains what it is he will be doing and walks us though all the work he has completed once he is done. He was very neat and respected our home. Our AC is up and running now thanks to Paul! I would highly recommend reliance (their Protection Plus is worth the money!) and Paul Chattarpaul for any HVAC work you may require!

I would like to make a very special mention about our sales adviser Tom who has an extra ordinary sales talent and communication skills. His knowledge on the product is excellent and was very helpful is assisting me to make the right decision. I will always recommend Reliance Home Comfort. Tom is second to none.

This was my first time using Reliance Home Comfort. I was very pleased by the friendly service provided by Joe who came to service the air conditioner and furnace. I will use Reliance Home Comfort again in the future and would recommend them to my friends!

After seeing a number of service vehicles in my neighbourhood, and having negative experience with another high profile company, I researched Reliance Home Comfort and was thrilled to be able to book an appointment on-line. The service representative, Matt Santos, was friendly, knowledgeable and, best of all, not a high pressure salesman. He explained the workings of air conditioners in general and made sure he knew what my requirements were, before offering options to fit our needs and budget. Taking photos, drafting floor plans and all the details to make me feel comfortable with the process, we were able to finalize the arrangements. Installation was arranged and I'm well on the way to having a cooler season! Very impressed with the company so far, and would not hesitate to recommend Matt as a first contact with Reliance.

Maric and Liam came to our place to install a new Power Vented water heater and remove the old Direct Energy one. They made the process incredibly easy and Maric was able to coodinate the install to time with our Furnace Install from a different company. He was polite, tidy, informative and patient. There were a few logistical issues with our request to move the heater to a different location, however, Maric was incredibly cool about it all and made it seem like no big deal. Reliance has chosen a great subcontractor in Maric and Thermal Edge.

My hot water heater was not working, called Reliance and was scheduled for site visit by a service technician. The service technician Jason came in at the scheduled time. Our water tank stopped working on Friday evening. I called for a service request and the lady told me that no one was going to be available until Sunday. I mentioned that we own a hair salon, and we rely on hot water otherwise we would loose a day's worth of business. Home Reliance squeeze in an appointment to the next morning instead and made a note that it was a business as well as an emergency. Jason Mitruk called us at 7:45 am and repaired our water tank before our business was open. He was very professional and exceptionally friendly. The repair was quick and was not an inconvenience. Thank you so much for taking care of us. Very much appreciated!

We dropped by the Reliance Home Comfort location in Mississauga to inquire about replacing our air conditioner. The service advisor (Dave Masters) was very helpful and booked us an appointment within a couple of days. He arrived promptly for our meeting and explained all our options clearly. He demonstrated a sound knowledge of his company's products and services. Dave took a great deal of time to ensure that we were happy with our choice of unit and that the price was right for us. The installers (Rob, Manuel & Cristian) arrived at the time arranged and worked diligently to complete the installation with skill and expertise. We are very happy with the service we received!

We had a new high efficiency gas furnace and air conditioner put in on may 9th 2014. Our installers were Daniel and Kory. They were very professional. they did a seamless install on the new furnace and were very attentive to details such as taping the duct work connections. They also noted that they could turn the new unit 90 degrees allowing us to build a wall and finish the staircase to the basement in the future. They left the house and yard very clean as well. An awesome experience from start to finish.
