I recently had a service call at my home and was thrilled with the service I received. The technician was Ken and he was polite, very professional and fixed the problem with a full explanation. I would recommend this technician to friends and family. Great job!!

We had a service call to our home & as a result the furnace had to be shut down as it was not safe to continue running. Norman Wong, sales rep contacted us the same night to arrange for a meeting to discuss our options to replace equipment. He proved to be extremely helpful & very professional in his presentation. & as a result of this, my husband & I decided to replace furnace & AC. Norman also made a point of visiting the day of installation,( which by the way was only 2 days later) to ensure work was proceeding as discussed. We have already talked to family/friends & neighbors to tell them of the great service we received from Norman. We would also like to comment on our installers,Andy & Rick. They were amazing & we were very pleased with their professionalism & service.

Well ,.I was a customer with RELIANCE for my AIR & FURNANCE ,Insurance Plan ,for a long time . Since my Air Condition brake down , I looked around for quotes to replace the whole System . One day RELIANCE called , and I told them to send a a sales man to get a price on the System,..that's how I meet MATT SANTOS ! Very nice and young guy,respectful,very competent and surprising not a pushy salesman . He assured me that the INSTALLATION will be flawless and professional , and he will make sure I will get the best Installers . That was 100% true . JONATHAN did an amazing job .Thank you again , MATT & JONATHAN . I will recommend this guys to all my friends and family !

Frank Amirrajab did a great job coming into my home on very short notice and diagnosing/ fixing my home air conditioner. Turns out there was nothing wrong with it, but the furnace repair guy from another company mis-wired the connection for my AC unit while repairing my furnace just a month ago. Never again! RELIANCE AND FRANK 100% from now on!!

The technician Jason Mitruk arrived promptly at 1pm. He was very professional and efficient. Great service! This is the first problem we ever had with our water heater in 10 years.

Jason was on time and very polite.He new what he was doing and replaced the water supply pipe and ordered a new valve.It arrived the next day and it was installed quickly. Great service.

Today employee Ryon Wells arrived early to do maintenance on my furnace and A/C unit. He was polite, kept his work area clean, informed me as to the condition of both units and I felt he went the extra mile while performing his job. I've been a customer of Reliance for years and this employee was the best one I've come into contact with so far. Thank you for your professionalism!

Reliance Home Comfort arrived promptly to install my new furnace and air conditioner. Dylan K & Bill Spence were very professional and thorough. I would certainly recommend Reliance. Excellent workmanship.

The motor on our hot water tank was running continuously and we had no hot water. Mohammed Wasay came to our house from Reliance and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. He was friendly, and professional and got right down to the problem. Within an hour, we had hot water again and were very thankful!

Darius provided excellent and efficient service during our purchase of a new furnace and air conditioner providing us with the options to lease or buy. Our new units should also save us on our utility costs in the future!
