We had a problem with our water heater. It kept on turning off every few hours and we'd have to go downstairs and physically plug out the tank and back in for it to start working again. We had called a technician the week before but it didn't work as the problem came back. We called the technician again and this one, Gurmeet, knew exactly what the problem was and did what he needed to do within a few minutes! This being a completely different process from what the technician from the previous week did. Thus making our tank like brand new again! Thank you Gurmeet you've been a great help and a wonderful personality to meet and converse with.

If you are going to rent your water heater warning if thinking about doing so from Reliance. If the tank leaks and causes damages they will not reimburse you anything near the cost of the damages. If you don't have home insurance to cover damages you'll likely be out $$$ too. I wouldn't use their services ever again without insurance. We asked them to replace our tank when it was 17+ years old after we had our first flood but they refused and then last year our insurance added a waiver to our policy to say they wouldn't cover any damages caused by the hot water heater because it was so old. We had another flood just recently and we are now left with thousands of dollars of unpaid damages because Reliance will not cover the cost of replacing the carpeting or for the wall repairs and repainting etc.,etc.. They will only pay a depreciated value on any losses no matter how great the condition of your belongings/ carpeting etc. were in before their equipment ruined them. Please for your own sake - pay attention to the age and the general condition of your hot water heater if you rent it from Reliance Home Comfort.

JOE D'ONOFRIO WAS AT MY HOME TO LOOK AFTER MY FURACE AS MY HEAT WAS NOT WORKING SINCE YESTERDAY MORNING. HE WAS OF SUCH GOOD HELP AND HE DID SUCH A GOOD JOB, HE REPAIRED THE FURNACE AND OUR HEAT IS BACK AND WORKING FINE AGAIN. IF I EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH RELAINCE STUFF THAT WE HAVE HERE , I WOULD PREFER JOE TO COME AND DO IT FOR US AS HE IS SUCH A NICE PERSON AND WE DO APPRECIATE HIS WORK....

Excellent job done by Mr. Bradley Starratt. He knew the root cause of the issue and he fixed my issue within 10minutes. He is highly knowledgeable, well cultured and disciplined technician. He must get promotion. Great job done. I am highly satisfied.

Robert arrived right on time. Check furnace and A/C. Cleaned up condensation drainage, cleaned sensor and between burners, replaced my worn pulley belt. A/C is good ready to run for summer and furnace restored to peak operating efficiency after a long cold winter.

Thanks to Nick B. for a great job! It's unbelievable how quickly the Reliance team managed to get to my home, diagnose and fix the problem. Nick was exceptionally pleasant to deal with, explained everything to me clearly and advised me regarding my options. Reliance made my emergency situation so simple!

Tommy was the sales rep and was very straightforward and honest. he arranged the installation for the next day. The installers were punctual and cleaned up afterwards. There was a minor problem, and Tommy arranged for them to come back the next day and rectify it. The price and service were excellent, and this company was much better than the competitor I dealt with in the past.
