Mike Steinbach is the best! he gave our heat back in a very cold winter night. he actually had wait us since we were not a home when he came since it was too cold in the house. we are so glad with the job he did! Thank you Mike!

we were without hot water for 2 days and we called reliance to get it fixed. The service was good and the technician called me before coming and also fixed the problem in couple of minutes.His name is Gurmeet and I am very happy to meet him.He has excellent customer service skills.

Needed a hot water tank replaced. Very good service from Rocky and John (employee number 1485). Finished within an hour. Great service and pleasant people! Hoping I don't need call again.

I am President of a 185 unit condo Townhouse development where the hot water is the heat source for the unit. The hot water tanks are rented from Reliance and serviced by Reliance through a third party Canadian Air Systems . We have been very very pleased with the manner and effentantacy provided by CAS in the servicing and replacement of the hot water tanks as well as the servicing of the air handlers and AC units. Reliance is very well served by CAS. as a partner company.

Needed to move my AC unit to fix leak in foundation. The extent and cost of the job was not properly communicated to me when I booked the appointment. Bruce (#3158) provided me with options to save on time and costs. This is the second time Bruce has worked on HVAC systems at my residence. He has been nothing but professional, courteous and informative. I would recommend Bruce and request him for all future jobs.

Jason # 1342 did a maintenace check on my HVAC system and did an amazing job of pointing out items to watch for and really took pride in doing a professional job. I would welcome him back to do further work for me!

We called Reliance On Saturday night because our tank was leaking. We were given an appointment time range between 1-6 pm on Sunday. We were extremely happy that we could get an appointment so soon. Richard Podzorski called us 20 minutes before he arrived at 1pm. He was very quick and knowledgeable. He explained to us clearly how the problem occurred and gave us some advice on how to avoid it in the future. Great service!

Warren Lavin employee # 2445 was sent to remove and replace existing hot water tank with new one complete with power vent. He did a great job and cleaned up the work area as well.

On Thursday I phoned about the life expectancy of my water heater within 30min I had someone inspecting it and a new tank was ordered. On Friday Nick Bazinet came to install it( I cannot say enough for quick service). This young man was the epitome of the perfect service person. He was prompt,polite,helpful,and pleasant. His work was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with my new Water heater.I will certainly recommend Reliance to all my friends.

Hot Water tank let go after 14 years of service. Called Reliance and they sent Jason Mitruk to assess. He was very professional, informative, pleasant, giving advice and options with respect to my issue. Returned later with replacement tank, assessed the venting, installed the tank, and voila ! Very pleased. Thank you.
