Hot Water tank let go after 14 years of service. Called Reliance and they sent Jason Mitruk to assess. He was very professional, informative, pleasant, giving advice and options with respect to my issue. Returned later with replacement tank, assessed the venting, installed the tank, and voila ! Very pleased. Thank you.

Yesterday we had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Today it was the hot water tank. Wes, not the same Wes from yesterday, showed up first thing this morning and had the tank installed and heating in about an hour. Good guy and did a nice tidy job. Our water is hot once again and cleaner now too. Thanks.

I had a new AC unit and humidifier installed on a cool rainy day. If it ever warms up I will use the AC. When winter arrives again I am set to have moisture in the house. It was a big job and many thanks to Tim Terpstra for doing a great job.

Our hot water tank was not working so we called Wesley Lloyd and Giancarlo, from Reliance home comfort. very satisfied by their service! they have great attitude and I will recommend them to my friends!

My service technician Gurmeet Singh arrived promptly at the time he told me he would. He greeted me with a pleasant and warm smile. He immediately went to work to diagnose the problem with my hot water tank and explained some of the technical aspects which helped my knowledge. He was able to diagnose the problem and attend to the issue he discovered. Overall it took him only about 1/2 to complete the service call. A job well done Gurmeet. Thank you!

Joe was great. Very professional, took the time to explain everything in detail. Even went to get a part to replace when he didn't have it, instead of making an order and scheduling for another time (like one of their competitors have done to me in the past). Also took the time to do all the relevant testing, that other companies haven't bothered to do. Highly recommend Reliance, specifically the technician Joe!

This service was covered under my service plan. Dave Robertson came to service my furnace...which needed a part replacement. This is the second time in several months Dave has come to service two different issues. He is so good at his job, very personable and knowledgeable and answers any questions I have. He is so respectful of your home...he is absolutely great! Both jobs were done very quickly and he came at the time promised.

Mike and Rob performed Preventative Maintenance, they replaced the motor and serviced the furnace and Air-conditioner . They were very professional and courteous. I am very pleased with their service.

I see water on the floor close to the water tank, so I call reliance and they send Mr Wes to my house to fix the water tank, Mr. Wes is a nice gentleman, he help me fix the water tank,after work he clean up the area and make it clean and tidy. I much appreciate Mr Wes for the service.

Our water tank was busted and we didnt have hot water. The guy that came an replaced our water tank was very kind and friendly. It didnt take too long either.
