Jason Newton, Home Comfort Advisor was phenomenal.He is professional, personable and knowledgeable about all the products and what would best suit our home and lifestyle. He made everything seem so easy and it was installed the next day. Thank you Jason, I would not hesitate to reccomend Reliance and Jason to friends and family. We hesitated to do this for a long time because we felt it would be time consuming and a hassle, but 24 hours later we have a new furnace and air conditioner and it was an easy process with the help Jason gave to us. Thank you again, Jason and the Reliance team for your hard work.

I had Richard and Omar at our house to replace our water heater recently. Richard investigated the issue and explained in detail of the situation. He was easy to talk to educated us on water heater. We have insurance, so we did not pay for the installation. Daniel and Chris were very professional and punctual. Their work was exactly what we needed, as we had no heat in our house. Their work ethic was excellent and they were helpful in showing us how to control our thermostat and showing us the finished product. For having to reconfigure our furnace setup, they worked quickly and efficiently. We thank them and your company for their hard work and quick service. Without the prompt service we received, we would be sitting here in the cold. I would definitely recommend your company to other homeowners.

Problem with the the water heating system in the morning and just called the reliance company, Gurmeet was here on the same day in the evening. He is a friendly and a nice guy and left us extremely satisfied with the service. He communicated very effectively along as he fixed the problem. He taught us many things that we never even knew about. He also gave us extra information and knowledge regarding other home equipment like the furnace and A/C. Overall, great timing, service quality was great, punctual, very satisfied in the end.

Derek Phung #2393 was an articulate technician that did a fine job explaining and taking care of the furnace problem. He gets a 10 star rating from me. The company itself I'm disappointed with. 1. Called 2pm yesterday and was told a technician would arrive 7-11. I'm assuming 7 to 11pm after all heat isn't working and it's near zero outdoors and the house is cooling down. Plus I'm paying for the yearly maintenance plan. 10:30 arrives and I call and they tell me it's 7-11am! Really??? 2. Today they call me and tell me around 10 that the technician will call you as soon as he is coming you way. Once again I'm assuming ok.. great he'll be here soon. Hence the company is calling in advance. That was not the case. Closer to 1pm. Nonetheless Derek made up for Reliance's poor communication. I'd hope Reliance would realize how crucial it is that they be clear because we didn't have to sleep in a cold house and could've gone to our parents place!!

Joe Green was my technician who fixed my leaking water heater. He was extremely efficient and helpful!! He offered a lot of advise and fixed the problem in no time. I was very impressed with him!

Thava Siva RCQ4204 My heater just stopped Thursday night and I called for service. He came Saturday March 4,2017. He was very polite and courteous. I told hm that I did not have and heater and so cold. He checked the thermostat right away and went down to fix my furnace. He came up and checked my thermostat again and change the battery. He explained that I need to changed the battery yearly which I never thought to do. he assured me that everything is ok. He checked CO2 and which is ok too. He was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Thava you saved my day especially in this very cold weather. Thank you.

Allen Batur Tech Advisor responded to my call for additional service to fix faulty hot water tank. His knowledge and skill had the tank working in less than an hour. Appreciated his knowledge and his personable manner. Excellent service.
