Amber was right on time, even if this was a late evening call. After a quick investigation, she could make the repairs right away which was great. She was very personable & friendly.

furnace broke down so we called reliance they sent tech 2506 Shae out to repair. Shae was very courtious and helpful repairing our furnace and giving us information on new products. Thanks Reliance

WE had corrosion on the top of the water heater, and it was starting to leak. Called at 1pm, and service man arrived at 3:45pm! Determined new tank was needed...got approval and proceeded. Done by 6pm. Very professional and personable. Thank you Justin!!

There were four visits from different technicians to solve our water tank issue regarding no hot water, then only 2 minutes of hot water. Wes and Mohammed were efficient and got the job down replacing our water heater.

We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Jason Mitruk. He arrived at our home to inspect a leak around our water heater and went above and beyond by addressing other issues with the tank (replacing worn out washers, an ignition sensor and a calcified plastic spout). These additional items were not part of the initial call and yet he took the time to thoroughly inspect the water heater and make adjustments to help extend the life and efficiency of our tank. He also provided us with expert advice on how to help maintain our tank and what future services would be needed. Courteous, clean, efficient and knowledgable are just a few words to describe Mr. Mitruk. Stellar service!

We received a new furnace and air conditioner at a really good price... But mostly the service was great! They called if late even 5mins.but we re on time. The guys they sent were fantastic.... Respected our home and us. Wished we had them for all repairs to our home. I'd recommend them to our family and friends. Which we did already. Give those guys a big bonus...they make the company great!

The advisor Mohammed Wasay was very nice, he called us I told us what time he was going to be at our house. Very friendly and help. Told us the best solution to our problem.

Joe D'Onofrio did an excellent job repairing the leak. The original installation and 2 repair calls continued to leak. Joe used a much better part and fixed it for us.

Richard is truly a trusted advisor for Reliance - he arrived on time, did a neat and quality job and walked us through the process of what was wrong with our water heater tank and what he replaced on it. We feel very satisfied! Kudos!
