I came home to discover I had no hot water. I called Reliance and scheduled an appointment for the next day. An hour later someone called back and said they had a cancellation and they could send someone out right away. Saleem had the necessary parts on hand and was in and out in 30 minutes.

Joey D was excellent. He had to crawl through a very small space to install my new to code gas exhaust. Very efficient clean and very polite. Thank you Joey

We had a problem with the water temperature coming out of the water tank and the technician Chris Shaw was able to fix it and I must say he was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks Chris

I called Reliance to fix a problem with our hot water tank, and they had a service tech show up within 2 hours of my call. Saleem Malik, the Trusted Advisor from Reliance identified the problem and had the tank fixed within 30 minutes.

Our water heater was not heating up water so we called, they were at our house early the next morning. That day they had replaced our tank, very courteous, informative, and cleaned up before they left. Good job frank!

my tank kept shutting down for no reason, had a couple of tech come out (3 times) in 2 months. Finally Reliance decided to replace the tank Omer and Allen came out on Sunday morning to install the new tank. tank was tested and im satisfied.

My water tank was leaking. Called Reliance, they sent a technician within a couple of hours. He said the tank needs replacement. The technician (Named Daryl) came first thing in the morning next day to replace the tank. He was very professional and it took only a couple of hours before all came back to normal again. A job very well done.

Saturday a tech named Keith came to talk to us about installing a tankless hot water system in our home. Not only did he carry out the job in a friendly and timely manner , but he also discussed all the other options , like a/c, and gas for the balance of the house. H e was very polite, helpful and a pleasure to do with. Thanks Keith!!!
