ServiceTech Wally came to repair my furnace that was not working properly. Wally checked the entire unit, found the problem, and repaired it to my satisfaction. Wally's professionalism and courtesy was very much appreciated. A big THANKS to him . As I have the Protection Plan, there was no charge for the visit and repair. Thanks Reliance

I called on Saturday March 15th in regards to the fact that we were getting brown tinged hot water. Our cold water was clear so I knew that the water heater was the problem. Within 30 minutes of my call a service agent from Reliance Home Comfort called to see if he could come and look at the situation. He informed me that due to the height space situation that he was not sure if they would be able to replace our current 40 gal tank with another 40 gal tank as they were now taller in height and might not fit. He did talk about whether we might try a 30 gal tank. He mentioned that there might be a 40 gal refurbished tank available but he was not sure. He set up an appointment for us that was convenient and as soon as he could. He was very polite and informative.

Daryl # 2109 came today to replace our furnace and water tank venting. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and quick. Thank you so much, Daryl, for dong a great job!

I noticed yesterday morning we had no hot water. I called reliance to service my hot water tank. We #2491 came and fixed the problem and explained has he worked. He recommended having an expert come over to help me with getting an air conditioner and humidifier. Thank you reliance.

Jason #0829 was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. He checked the ventilation system in the house to make sure all vents were clear, checked the thermostat, the furnace, humidifier and changed the filter. During the service call he was very pleasant and able to keep a lighthearted conversation going. I wish all service people could be as friendly while doing their jobs.

I can see professional replacement and installation.The work is tidy, clean and safe. After the work completed, an instruction on the new water heater was provided. We are happy with the work done in my house.

I came home to discover I had no hot water. I called Reliance and scheduled an appointment for the next day. An hour later someone called back and said they had a cancellation and they could send someone out right away. Saleem had the necessary parts on hand and was in and out in 30 minutes.
