noticed my water heater leaking water quite a bit, I called Reliance and within 3 hours employee Gurmeet Singh was onsite and had the overflow piping replaced in no time. Gurmeet was very informative and quick to resolve the issue.

I wanted to provide you with some feedback about my latest experience with the purchase of a Carrier furnace. My experience with Reliance started a couple of years ago when I started renting a Hot Water tank from them. I was initially hesitant since my contract was with Direct Energy but when the installers arrived and laid out all the work they were going to perform and they listened to my concerns and explained everything to me, I was more comfortable and kept Reliance in mind for future purchases. This year I was planning to replace my furnace/AC combination in the spring of 2014 but my Lennox furnace became un-repairable and inoperable Monday evening March 3rd on a very cold night. This left me with no choice but to expedite the process and start researching on-line the various options I had. I contacted a few companies that night but only Reliance got back to me that same night, and the sales representative called me that same night to confirm the appointment for the following day. He came by and explained the options and we came to an agreement by around 5:30 PM. The following day the crew arrived to install. Once again, the 2 technicians were very helpful, explained all the work they will be doing, and proceeded to install. Furnace went out Monday 5PM, I had heat in the house by Wednesday 7PM. It is nice to be treated like a customer not like another numbered client on an invoice. The sales representative called again the following day to follow-up and make sure I was happy with my furnace and I was. I highly recommend reliance for your house equipment needs and I would buy from them again. They got 5 stars from me for the quick service and care they gave to me and my family.

Thank you to the tech Omer Rana for coming out and fixing our tank. He was courtious and very knowledgable he corrected the problem and educated us on the sequence of operation for both the tank and furnace. Thank you Omer for having the patience to answer all of our questions and concerns. Cheers

We had a minor water tank leak which was taken care of in a very short time. Brad, our technician was very courteous, helpful, detailed and thorough. We would definitely recommend his expertise.

Hot water tank igniter went, no replacement parts available and was left for almost 2 days without hot water with little kids. No offer to help and when I suggested we get the part elsewhere I was told it was likely on my dime although it is a rental tank

Hot water tank quit. Within 24 hrs Chris from Reliance fixed the problem and explained what he did and offered tips on preventing a reoccurance. Very courteous service. Recommend this service tech. to anyone.

Jason Rowe was very informitive,and easy to talk to Frienly and explaines the details very well, he worked hard to get our stuff insalled as quickly as possable because we had no heat or hot water

Ringo Lau from Reliance did an amazing job at my house. He was very friendly and social, and fixed the lack of hot water in 15 minutes. I would give him an overall rating of 10/10. Thank you Ringo Lau !

Furnace broke at night on long weekend. Luckily I had the home comfort plan with Reliance. They came within 2 hrs, replaced the inducer and everything was back to normal before the temp in house dropped by about 5 degrees. This repair didn't cost me anything with the plan. Otherwise it would have been $900 + Great service! Paid for itself and for the next 5 years!
