As my old furnace began giving me problems, I decided to get a few quotes for my old Furnace and A/C and water heater.Finally settled for Reliance.I had a great past experience with Reliance in my previous house. This time it confirmed that Reliance has not just great service but great sales people too. Darius Chichgar explained the options very well.He was very courteous and professional.When we asked for a change in tonnage from 2 to 2.5 ton for the A/c in the same price.He did it promptly. The installer John and has two assistants were on time and were courteous and professional.They put red floor runners down to soak up the water and salt from their boots.Because of the ice in backyard, he promised to come back in the spring to install the A/C.He answered all our questions.You have great people representing your company

Andrew Cheng replaced our hot water heater quickly and efficiently. He was very clean, and polite. He was even comfortable with our dogs around. No complaints at all from this experience.

My water heater was leaking and Reliance was quick to send out the advisor Jason Mitruk. He called prior to arriving and arrived within the time frame specified. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my water heater quickly and professionally. I was very satisfied with the service I received

Yvan was fast, efficient, had the part in his vehicle to fix the furnace and noticed our water heater was cracked & fixed that too, also had the part with him. Helped us reset our thermostat as well. Very knowledgeable and polite. Glad we had the protection plan.

We rent our water heater from Reliance, and after 5-6 years, it started to malfunction. We called Reliance and customer service scheduled a service technician for the next morning; but good news called and a slot opened for the night. Otto Kanouni arrived as expected, was a great chat, and worked dutifully.

You should hire more technicians like Chris Shaw! My hot water heater was not working on March 7th so at 3:00 I contacted Reliance Home Comfort, by 5:30 Chris Shaw arrived diagnosed my problem and repaired the Hot Water Heater. Chris Shaw has excellent customer service skills, patient courteous; he is one of those rare individuals who demonstrate EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you Chris Shaw!!! Teresa Martyn

Daniel and Kory, our installers were excellent, they were here when they said they would be , very efficient , knowledgable and professional. They got the job done , and even hauled away old equipment.

My 16 yrs Furnace died, I call 3 contractors. of all 3 reliance offered more warranty 10 parts & labor and the price was the most competitive as well ($500 less). The sales man Hamid did a nice job in explaining the size and feature i needed from the furnace.( a 2 level 60-100 split) his advice saved me from installing an oversize unit which would have impacted my gas bill. Abraham the contractor was knowledgeable and answer all my question concerning the technical aspect of the furnace. they did a clean job. I will keep an update review about the performance of the furnace, dehumidifier and after sale services (warranty)
