    water heater

    My water heater stopped working and I called Reliance. They sent Jason and he arrived the next day and had us up and going with hot water within half an hour. He was very courteous and professional. Thanks again Jason.

    Water Heater

    My water heater would not start. Nick C ID #1740 came to my house, inspected the water heater and resolved the problem. I found Nick to be very was professional, polite and informative.

    water heater

    this new heater was installed in January 2014 , it stopped working twice , 2 guys came for fixing it & after few days it stop working again , the 3rd time Gurmeet came & apparently he was the only guy who discovered the problem was & it took him a while to know what the problem is & he didn't leave before fixing it excellent service

    35 year old gas boiler trouble

    I had the misfortune of my 36yr old gas boiler out put a toxic level of Carbon Monoxide suddenly. There was a huge prospect of it having to be replaced, being a single mother that is a life changing financial commitment. My service tech. Ian went above and beyond to refurbish my old one and make it perfectly safe! He was an absolute pleasure and worked with an incredible amount of empathy. I also had the pleasure of negotiating the situation with Joe and Brent in the company...they are all phenomenal in the field. Reliance keep up the customer service. Aaaamazing.

    My technician, Chris Shaw, was very helpful and friendly. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot (thankfully it was something small!). He answered all my questions with knowledge and was concise. I wish I could give him more stars because he was THAT awesome.

    furnace Service Call

    I bought a house that came with a service contract for the combined hot water / heating unit. The heating unit was blowing cool air so I called for a service call. My previous experience with these types of services had been very poor with service people always trying to upsell something once they were in your house. Derek came on a weeknight and checked my system. He made some adjustments and checked the temperature at each vent with a temperature gun. He also checked most of my windows and doors with the temperature gun and located drafty areas for me. I didn't ask for this - he just voluntarily did it. He gave me tips on how to maintain my unit and make adjustments. He also showed me how to caulk the drafty windows and doors. There were no attempts at upselling anything, he was very personable and helpful beyond what he needed to be - and I could not have asked for a better experience.

    New Water Tank Install

    I would like to thank Mario C. from Reliance Home Comfort for his support in getting a NEW hot water tank installed in my small laundry room in my townhouse. Due to various circumstances including weather conditions it took a bit longer to get the new tank installed but at the end it was worth it! CAS – Canadian Air Systems the installer contractor (Fred and Dylon) were very professional, technical, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get this new tank installed. And let me tell you that it was not an easy task to move around tight stairs and snowy conditions. My complex pluming system had to be reworked due to tight space limitations, but CAS came through! Great job guys! Hat off to Reliance Home Comfort and CAS!

    service

    My tank did not work one day ago, no hot water, I called reliance for a check, and reliance feel back was so quickly, today they assigned Joe Green and Ringo Lau to my home, they replace the problem tank quickly and professionally, finally, we had hot water now, hot water is so important in the snow and bad weather, i do appreciate their good service and Reliance support to us.

    furnace repair

    Very happy with service technician Kristin employee #1455, She was very courteus, knowledgable and went the extra mile to drive to Hamilton to get a part, return and replace it in same day. So appreciated to get my furnace back up and running so promptly on these cold winter days :)

    Tankless water heater

    Wesley Lloyd came to check my heater and within 20 minutes he found the problem and had it fixed. He took the time to show me the problem and was very personable.
