I recently had to replace my water tank which is a scary thing for a single mom who really knows nothing about home repair.....I was fortunate to have a really kind and caring home comfort advisor come and ease my fears about the possibility of spending thousands of dollars on a new furnace air and water tank.....helping me decide what was best for my situation and also being there in a time of need when my daughters and I went 5 days without hot water.....Jason Rowe was there to hear my concerns and to help out getting my water tank in finally......I am thankful to have received such valuable help in such a stressful time.....I am very happy with Reliance Home Comfort and also with the kindness and generosity of Jason Rowe.....I am one happy Mom now

no hot water was had...called Reliance and serviceman was dispatched promptly, and service was completed as promised. I find Gurmeet to be respectful and professional..in his work.He fixed the problem in no time..He checked for Gas and water leak to my satisfaction...all in all a job well done..

Called in for a furnace repair and the service guy showed up within the hour! That was in itself great, and he quickly diagnosted the problem and within 15 minutes, the furnace was runing again. A big thank you to Adam Walker for his attention to a time sensative situation. If all service people were as personable as Adam, there would be more happy customers.

Last night we found ourselves without heat in our home. Called Reliance who contacted the contractor in our area. Our contractor Lucas was in Gravenhurst (about 30 minutes from Orillia). Despite the extreme cold and late hour Lucas arrived and did a wonderful job repairing our furnace and giving us heat again. He could have waited until the following morning to respond but came through for us when we really needed it. A true professional! Thanks to Lucas and Reliance for helping us when we needed it the most!

I am also very please of the professional manner of the way he handled my hearing impairment. He was very understanding and communicated at my level... It was a pleasure having him in my home... I would like to commend Giancarlo from Reliance Home Comfort Service for his excellent customer service today. He is knowledgeable, courteous, skillful and client focus. He answered my questions during the repair work and was to fix the leaky water heater in a short amount of time. I felt a peace of mind after the repair because he did an excellent work in making sure the water heater is in good running condition. Thank you, Giancarlo. My old tank was showing its age, so I called up Reliance and they sent Jason Mitruk out with a new tank. Installation went very smoothly. He was very professional, knew his job, explained the new equipment, and had the install done quickly. After discussing with him, I even signed up with Reliance's Heating/AC protection plan. Thanks Jason for a job well done.

Had an appointment before Christmas to have our son's furnace serviced and it was rescheduled 3 times. This was the 4th appointment and it was finally completed. Pat, empl. #1576, called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was very polite and knowledgable. He found a part was cracked and had to order it. When told it would take 2 weeks he said that was unacceptable - our weather right now is frigid! He was wonderful to work with and will be back to replace the part. A few hours after the service call, we received a follow-up call from Cheryl in the Sudbury office, who was very friendly. It was a pleasure to talk to her.
