I found the service to be excellent. Adam #6707 arrived when he said he would (7:00 a.m.) Checked everything, problem was with humidifier. I would highly recommend Adam and the company.

The Reliance advisor, Mike Oryschak, was terrific in arranging our installations of new furnace, a/c and humidifier. The installers were prompt, efficient and courteous. When finished, the basement was left in pristine condition. We were extremely impressed with our whole Reliance experience. We would recommend Reliance to anyone.

First problem in almost ten years. Service was excellent by Amber, employee # 1620.Bought extended warranty.Been in the garage business for years and know what good service is all about. ThankYou.

When we called Reliance about our hot water tank, we were given an appointment for the next day. Chris Shaw was the technician who was sent out to service our hot water tank. He was punctual, friendly and did a wonderful job of explaining what needed to be done. He also answered all of our questions and fixed the problem in record time. Thanks, Chris!

Very fast service. Explained all areas answered all questions and very friendly felt comfortable with Dan. We would like to deal with him again if need be. Told us what would be next, will will have someone check the area out tomorrow. He came on time.

Advisor Dan Shepley Came out within an hour of our call , when our 25 year old furnace decided it had enough , did a great job explaining the different systems and financing options available , when we chose the system he gave us a great deal and instantly was on the task of setting up an install date as to not leave us without heat would recommend his services to anyone needing and new furnace or ac unit , a day later we had Randy W and his crew come in to do the install , furnace was installed clean and quick along with the ac unit they did a very nice job plumbing the unit and id be proud to show it to anyone who asked .

Adam came and did the service for my furnace. He was knowledgeable, efficient, neat and honest. He called ahead and confirmed the appointment. He did a great job and was personable too. I would recommend Reliance and Adam to anyone who asked regarding furnace service.

Chris Shaw was the tech that did the work. He was exceptional! Appointment was for 1300 he called and asked if he could come early. This never happens with services. Of course I had him come early. He assessed my concerns with the water heater and added his input. Very professional and personable. Chris finished his work very quickly and tested everything before considering his work complete. Hopefully I can ask for him when another service is needed. Very impressed! Thank you.

Technician Mehul was knowledgeable and we are very pleased with his service.We will recommend him to other clients and we would definitely use Reliance in future as well as others.

My old furnace started to go on the fritz during our most recent cold snap - it could not keep my 100+ yr old home any warmer than 14C. I met with HCA Glen Greenway to review my options. Given the age of my furnace and air conditioner, I knew it was time to replace the system for something more efficient and effective. Glen walked me through all options and I settled on the mid-range SmartAir suite, based on his informative recommendation. The installation of the new unit was fast and clean -- installers John Planinac and Wolf Kuttelwascher are top-notch tradesmen. They had the old unit out and the new one installed and fitted out with venting in about 6 hours... great work! I extend my thanks to all three gentlemen for their professionalism, courtesy and attentive care. My old home is again toasty warm on these cold winter days! I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone currently considering a new furnace and air conditioning suite!
