Reliance Technician Adam (Employee #7277) was very helpful during his service visit. He provided very useful information to me and my family regarding Thermostat control, filter replacement, and offered a number of recommendations to prevent furnace overheating. He was very knowledgeable, called ahead and arrived on time, and I would rate him and the overall service experience a 5 (Very Satisfied). Note that I am covered under the Reliance Protection Plan. The Reliance Service Tech was very efficient and did the job well. He was careful not to damage or scratch my walls when bringing the new tank in and taking outside the old tank.

Set an appointment to have our tank looked at as I went to bed with no hot water. I received a call at 1130am, and he said he could arrive earlier then the scheduled appointment. Donald Lewis arrived, ahead of schedule and went straight to work. He was polite and fixed the issue with no problems. Very happy with the service I received.

Saleem Malik came by and repaired our hot water tank from Reliance. It had a faulty gas valve. The first contractor that came by was not willing to do the job due to the lack of 2 ft of clearance. Saleem came and did the job anyways and was very professional and friendly!

Called reliance for a water tank problem. Goe showed up within an hour after I called. Wesley and Goe replaced the malfunctioned hot water tank. They were friendly and very good at what they are doing. Thanks for a job well done!

We had renovations done to basement and wanted the furnace replaced and moved to new area. The job went without a hitch. I'm very impressed that everything went so smoothly with this project. The snow storm on that day didn't delay John from installing. Install was Exactly as Wendy explained the process. And she came with coffee to ensure they were warm during the storm! I would recommend Reliance to anyone and everyone.
