My old furnace started to go on the fritz during our most recent cold snap - it could not keep my 100+ yr old home any warmer than 14C. I met with HCA Glen Greenway to review my options. Given the age of my furnace and air conditioner, I knew it was time to replace the system for something more efficient and effective. Glen walked me through all options and I settled on the mid-range SmartAir suite, based on his informative recommendation. The installation of the new unit was fast and clean -- installers John Planinac and Wolf Kuttelwascher are top-notch tradesmen. They had the old unit out and the new one installed and fitted out with venting in about 6 hours... great work! I extend my thanks to all three gentlemen for their professionalism, courtesy and attentive care. My old home is again toasty warm on these cold winter days! I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone currently considering a new furnace and air conditioning suite!

We have a 7 year old furnace. It was still under warranty. Early this January, in the morning, it just quit. It was one of the coldest days this month. My husband called Reliance to have someone sent over to take care of it. The technician was only able to come over in the evening. At approx. 7:30 pm, a young woman by the name of Amber, employee # 1620, came over & took care of the problem quickly & efficiently. My husband & I were very pleased with her. The technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Adam Walker is the man for the job. I would gladly recommend him to family and friends; very satisfied with the job done.

Technician Joe Green was polite and was able to fix the problem quickly, very happy with the service. We would defiantly call Reliance home comfort again if we have any other problems.

Had new waterheater installed, tech was very professional,courteous and very diligent on installation and removal. Definitely knew what he was doing, explained what he was doing then cleaned up after himself.

So grateful that after bringing an issue to Reliance's attention, they were able to send a technician the very next day Richard "Rick" Schaadt was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I'm very impressed with the care he took too in making the updates - he did his job neatly and very quickly.

My hot water tank stop working a tech was sent about 12 hours later. Michael Mascoll did a great job fixing the problem just wish I didn't have to wait 12 hours for reliance to send someone out but the the tech came on time and did a great job getting our hot water back on

Periodically our water tank heater stops heating water. In such cases I call Reliance customer service, They send a technician usually the same day, These guys always fixed the problem with water heating on a spot, but just for a few months. Then the same problem reoccurs over and over again. Hard to complain but also hard to be satisfied.

Service Tech, Jason Mitruk, arrived at my house to instal a new water heater 30 mins. after calling Reliance. High level of courtesy and professionalism. Did an outstanding job with a tricky instal. An excellent representative of the company.

Our hot water tank was leaking so I called for a service. The lady was able to book an appointment right away and we got a technician come in to check it out the next day. Saleem Malik (employee# 2467) arrived on time, was very professional and fixed the problem easily. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Reliance. Thank you!
