    Performed Diagnostic

    Frank (from Brampton - Agent #7101) came to my house to check my thermostat because the set temperature was not reflective of the indoor temperature and it was getting quite chilly in my house. Frank was very friendly and helpful. He cleaned the flame sensor and we had heat again! He was very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you Frank!

    Water heater replacement

    I called for service on my rental water heater on Saturday as it was leaking.. The appointment was booked for the next day (Sunday).. Reliance called me about an hour later to advise they could come later that day.. The technician looked at the water heater and advised that it needed to be replaced.. The appointment for the replacement was made for the next day.. The technician asked me if I wanted to have the water heater drained.. I requested he drain it as I didn't want to have to keep cleaning up the leaking water.. He was very pleasant and friendly.. The next day the tech Nathan (#2314) called me to advise when he would be arriving.. He was very pleasant and professional.. He was very careful to clean up any mess after the replacement.. He even replaced the water shut off valve on the pipe above the water heater.. I am very satisfied with the service and with the quality of technicians..

    Water Heater

    Joey D. arrived this morning by 8:10 a.m. and installed my new water heater. He was very courteous and professional. He put down drop clothes so my kitchen floor would not get damaged. I am very impressed with the service I received today. Thank you Reliance. I am glad to made the switch to your company.

    Service

    There was no hot water from the last night so we called relaince home comfort they send there employee Gurmeet to our service just moments after the complaint.There was a small water leak which lead to bigger issues.He fixed all our water related problems with extreme patience,he din't leave until all the problems were sorted out.We are extremely satisfied with his service and are really thankfull to him for taking out his important time.

    Water Heater

    Furnace/central air installation

    Our old furnace began giving us problems in 2011. It was serviced eventually, after a cold weekend. Then it was serviced in 2013. It failed again in Jan 2014. We obtained 5 quotes for a new furnace. We chose Reliance based on value for the price, the salesman's knowledge of the furnace and options offered, the availability of the product, and the recommendation of a family member. The professional salesman (Tim) and 2 installers were clean and in uniform. They explained features clearly and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was neatly done, and anchored securely. They protected the floors, laying down good strong mats. Before leaving, the installers explained thermostat settings and furnace features, including how to change filters. They left behind manuals and a phone number for possible questions. The new furnace was installed in one working day, as promised. They arrived approximately 9:30, and there was heat coming through the ducts by 4:30. We were also thankful that the old furnace was taken away by the installers.

    Hot Water Tank replacement

    Saleem was extremely professional and courteous during the install. He called ahead, told me when he would be there and was there. The job was done very well and I highly recommend him and Reliance based on this positive experience. Thank you Saleem!

    Not getting hot water

    I was not getting hot water from water heater tank. I did call customer service to tell the problem. Customer service scheduled service. Within five hours technician Mehul arrived at location and fix the problem. I am happy with dealings of customer services and Mehull

    Hot Water Tank

    Woke up to no hot water. Called in to customer service. They were super quick to schedule an appointment. Very friendly service man (Chris Shaw) came to fix the problem. Answered all my questions! Thanks!!

    replace old worn furnace motor

    We have a service contract with Reliance and have experienced fast and efficient service over the years. Today, Ted Korkowski serviced our furnace thoroughly and effectively, which gave us much comfort and peace of mind. He really made the extra effort to ensure his work was complete and explained everything to us. It was free, thanks to our service contract. Thank you!
