Joe Green #2512 is a very responsible , professional technician , well knowledgeable of what he do, fixed my water heater within 15 mins & carefully inspect everything before he left. He is so helpful & patient by answering dozens of my question, also gave me advise & hint how to protect my laminate floor around the water tank area if water leak happened! Thank you Joe! You really show the care!

I have a rental product with Reliance and absolutely HATE their customer service. Every time I call in for service I get run around and can never get anything fixed by their in-house techs. I then got a call from a Reliance contractor Ron at GO Heating who spent time calming me down and letting me know I was in his hands. He talked me through the benefits of staying with Reliance over their competitors and through his tone and words I felt I could trust him. He then set up a time for one of his techs to come by and see what was wrong. He gave his number to me and assured me that he would be there and that I was in good hands with Reliance. Peter showed up as promised and on time and very quickly figured out the problem and corrected what the two other in-house techs prior couldn't. To show he truly cared, Ron contacted me a few days later to make certain everything was still working. Because of Ron and Peter I am convinced to keep my business with Reliance, without them I would have left.

Steve #1502 showed up quickly to have a look at my furnace. he identified and corrected the problem quickly and efficiently. I was pleased that the problem was minor and was corrected right away. He also took the time to explain the problem.

Woke up on Friday nov 9th to no hot water. Agent on the phone (sorry forgot name) was very professional and helpful as was Bill (7945) who came to my house to assess the situation. Needed a new tank and within a few hours Christian showed up to replace. Awesome service by all three of these employees. Thank you very much!!!!

Service technician (Gurmeet - 2473) was very professional and courteous. He was both knowledgeable of his trade and also very informative. He did a through job in identifying the problem and resolving. Thanks for the great service.

I want to tks Brad who came to my house yesterday because some water was linking and he realised that it was not my heater but it was my humidifier. So he fixed it for me and he was so nice. God bless you Brad and Merry Christmas. Sam Family.

I like Mike's approach. He used common sense and demonstrated competence and comfort around the furnace discussions. When he approached, he gathered information as I expected him to. He shared knowledge of the requirements of the home. There was no "pressure sales" approach. As professionals, we don't take kind to sales techniques that are contradictory to our needs. We felt that he (Reliance) can and will take care of us as customers. The price was exactly as we expected and willing to pay. He took the added time to ensure we have the right furnace and air conditioner. All in all, we are extremely pleased and feel satisfied that will be fine. Regards, Claude and Lori Pardiac

My hot water tank started to leak from the upper valve today. I called and they sent a technician (Jason #2483) within a few hours. In no time he changed out a couple of pieces. He was knowledgable in the product he was servicing and very helpful. Thank you.
