My hot water tank started to leak from the upper valve today. I called and they sent a technician (Jason #2483) within a few hours. In no time he changed out a couple of pieces. He was knowledgable in the product he was servicing and very helpful. Thank you.

Technician Steve Danchak (1502) came to my home this morning to look at the furnace condensation pump. He proactively checked the CO2 levels and they were 3 times higher than permitted! While my furnace is now tagged out, at least my son and I are safe from this hazard! Thank you Steve!

We have a very old, but wonderful furnace that is on "borrowed" time. This morning we woke up to a cold house, and furnace wouldn't come on. I was extremely worried, because we had a weekend planned, and family staying overnight. We called Reliance, and within 2 hours, the technician was here. He was pleasant and very efficient, and had the old furnace humming in no time. The real bonus was that the job would have cost around $500.00, but because we had the Heating Protection Plan, we paid NOTHING! We are so delighted with Reliance service. Thank you.

I found a leak in my water tank so I called Reliance. They sent an agent immediately and had him check it out. He found the reason for the leak and repaired it quickly. Thanks Gurmeet.

Installation was completed quickly and professional. We had an issue with the location of the old tank that needed replacing. The new tank was larger and had to be maneuvered within a confined space. Joey D. (0977) with repeated attempts was able to position it where we wanted. Thanks Joey for your great attitude and professionalism.

We were serviced today by an employee named Brad (employee #2474). I just wanted to write to say how professional, knowledgeable and friendly Brad was. He repaired our water heater efficiently and quickly. We were very happy with the service we received and felt he should be recognized for the high quality of service that he provided us. I was very impressed with the sales rep.---Murray---who straightened out some confusion with the water heater. He also gave us great, useful and truthful suggestions and information when purchasing our furnace and air conditioner. Murray did a great follow up to make sure everything was running well. I had an issue with 7 years old water heater not providing enough hot water pressure. So I called Reliance and spoke to a friendly lady from customer service. She made a service appointment for the day and time window I requested. Also she said that technician will call in advance before coming. The service guy, Joe Green, did call in advance with the approximate arrival time. Even called a second time to say that he will be late for a few minutes due to traffic - very appreciated. After arrival he very quickly diagnosed the problem. The job was done very fast and clean. He also answered all our questions we had - very friendly and professional guy. Thanks Joe and thanks Reliance for the service.

Murray Stark, a Home Comfort Advisor in London, ON, went up and beyond to help us out one evening. Something was wrong with our furnace. He personally arranged for a service call within the hour. We thank Murray for his exemplary customer service. He is the best!

Brad is an excellent service technician who seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely friendly. He finished the job promptly and did not slack. Overall, thanks to the positive experience with Brad, I would definitely recommend this service to my friends and family.
