We had no heat for 72 hours, but thanks to Derek (2393) we saved a boat load of money and he was able to get our furnace running and his knowledge on what to do next was unbelievable. Our house is now warm and safer because of Derek!

We recently had our water heater replaced by Reliance, there was a small issue with the installation. Reliance corrected the issue and promptly offered me free rental for 3 months. I was also in need of a furnace and air conditioner. Kermit sent out his best salesperson and assured me that we would get a great deal for our trouble. I met with Joel Matthews. He was very knowledgeable and quoted me with a great rate and within 3 days we had a new furnace and air conditioner. The installers were neat and professional. Thanks to Kermit, Joel and the installers for a job well done!

i had a technician in today and his name was paul.he left me his card and his id# is 2485.i just wanted to say that he was very polite and helpful.he showed me where my water to my house was just in case of a flood as also my gas to my water heater.i feel better knowing that information.im glad to be a customer of reliance and i hope everyone there is as nice and helpful as paul.thanks again

6:30 a.m. no hot water. Confirmation emails for service sent at 7:23 & 17:00. Twelve hours later Steve W. ID #1433 installed new tank. Great and prompt service. Thanks Reliance.

Hot water wasn't working so we called Reliance to come service the problem. Wes called ahead and was here within the time specified. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes. Wes was very kind and helpful. We would highly recommend Reliance to any homeowner. Thanks for the great service!

Wes (employee 2491) was very polite and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it. Also, Wes noticed other issues with our tank and fixed them as well. He really seems to care about doing a good job.

Our Hot water tank broke down late Friday evening, having two little kids this would have been a nightmare hadn't Gurmeet (2473) not shown up on time. Gurmeet was very courteous, assured us that we would have the tank running before he left. He was very knowledgeable and I am honestly glad that I have my contract with Reliance, thanks to good people like Gurmeet.

We needed to replace an oil furnace with gas, an electric water heater with gas and install an AC unit. Reliance Home Comfort came in with the best quote for the complete job. Dealing with Andrew Power on the sales side of things was very pleasant. Andrew was knowledgeable informative, on time for visits and followed up with the installation frequently. The Reliance installers were pleasant, worked well together, used drop sheets, called before they arrived and were on time. The furnace, AC and tankless water heater are working well. The only negative against the install crews is that they could have cleaned up after themselves a little better. Overall our experience with Reliance Home Comfort was acceptable and would recommend anyone to give Andrew Power a call.
