Dean Timpany a home comfort adviser for Reliance home comfort was a well informed and knowledgeable about the products. He exemplifies customer service. He was in my opinion what a salesperson should be. Well done.

My 10-year old water heater was leaking and stopped working. After I called, the next day, Ringo (#2466) the service technician came and check our water heater. The heater needed to be replaced. Ringo provided excellent service, happy to answer all of my question. When he found that he was short one part, he immediately called another service technician (Andrew #2407) to bring the part needed. Like Ringo, Andrew also provided excellent service. Thank you!

Called because the hot water heater in our basement leaked all overat about 5:00 pm on a frday night. Zac arrived and by 6:20 had installed a new hot water heater and was gone. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got things done. He managed to turn a stressful inconvenience into a very small issue. Thanks. 11 stars out of 10

Reliance, as the name implies, is reliable and staffed by knowledgeable and professional people. Darius Chichgur is the second reliance personnel I met from this company. He, like the service man I met before are helpful, professional, honest and thorough - I am extremely satisfy with their services - James.

Called Reliance because of problems with Rental water heater. They sent Bill Bootle #7945. He quickly found the problem and made arrangements for a new water heater. Very professional. Obviously he was concerned about how we felt about Reliance and their products.

Jeff and Bill S were the installers for this job. Both men exceeded our expectations for the quality of work they performed. The furnace as well as all the new venting, wiring, etc were all installed in a very efficient and neat manner. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We would have no hesitation in referring them.

We had Andrew out at our home to help us decide if we needed a new furnace or a/c. He was informative and helpful. We would refer reliance to our friends and family. Thank you for helping us out.

Amazing!!! Tech came same day as I called. Furnace was not running and he diagnosed the problem (leaves clogging air intake) and fixed it within 30 minutes. His name is Steve Danchak ID# 1502. Wonderful technician and great personality! Very happy client!! Will be recommending to family for sure! Thank You :)

I contracted Reliance home comfort company to maintain my furnace and A/C. In addition, a full check up of both units is carried out annually. The company response to any call is prompt and their action is reliable.
