    Hot water tank

    I called reliance home comfort to address my cold water coming out of my hot water tank. They sent Wes #2491 who quickly fixed my tank and explained why I had no hot water and informed me on how this could be avoided in the future.

    Water heater

    Wes did an awesome job helping out and informing us with his knowledge. Job well done Wes! Even though he couldn't connect to his computer he stayed focused and stated that we should do the feedback online. Would recommend this company to friends and family.

    Hot water tank

    I called Reliance at 6 am and had a very knowledgeable technician (Mike -2468) at my door by 1:30 pm that same day. Thanks for the speedy and accurate service!

    water heater

    Thanks again ,service was was great and fast.Jason#2483 came out and fixed the hot water tank in short time,told me what the problem was .Very professional and left no mess to clean up!

    Furnace Repair

    I have a protection plan through Reliance and had to book a service call as I was facing issues with my furnace. Adam Walker #6707 was the technician booked for me. Adam was on time and was proficient in solving the problem. He was knowledgeable about the issue and helped in every way, although he had to order a part in order for the repair to be completed. I would highly recommend Adam Walker #6707 as your next service technician.

    Furnace Service

    Rarely write reviews of service that I receive but Ian (ID #4613) provided superb service earlier this week. He came to do a routine furnace check and went out of his way to educate me and address some additional issues that I had. His great service renews my faith in service providers such as Reliance. Thank you Ian for this!

    furnace with ac

    Earlier this month we had our yearly furnace inspection by Mr. Bill Murray from Reliance. Bill was a pleasant man and extremely thorough. After inspection he explained that we would need a new furnace due to a crack in the heat exchanger. High levels of carbon monoxide were evident so we were anxious to replace the furnace. Mr. Jeff Parsons, a salesman from Reliance visited and explained each option to us. We are senior citizens and were pleased with his presentation which made it easier for us to choose the best furnace for our home. The two installers, Andy and Rick worked diligently and cleanly to install both the furnace and air conditioner that we decided to replace at the same time. The new wall thermostat might have been a challenge for us, but it was explained so well, that we are managing nicely with it. Thank you for sending 4 excellent employees! We are well pleased!     furnace repair

    I recently signed up for Furnace and A/C Protection Plan. I made use of my plan today when my furnace started making a terrible noise. I called and got a quick response and was told someone would be out between 1-5 pm.(this was around 12:30 PM). Dave(#0846) attended around 1:30 PM. My furnace needed a new motor which would have cost me around $700.00 and was repaired in about half an hour with friendly courteous service. Dave answered all my questions and Saleem from the call center was excellent as well. All costs were covered by my plan. I feel like Christmas came early.

    furnace inspection

    We rent our water heater from Reliance and have always been satisfied customers. We recently saw a Reliance advertisement in the local paper for a great deal on a 21 point furnace inspection and quickly called to book an appointment. Your technician, Chris B. was prompt, efficient and very friendly. He even played with our puppy! Chris was proffessional and knowledgeable.
