We rent our water heater from Reliance and have always been satisfied customers. We recently saw a Reliance advertisement in the local paper for a great deal on a 21 point furnace inspection and quickly called to book an appointment. Your technician, Chris B. was prompt, efficient and very friendly. He even played with our puppy! Chris was proffessional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions about Reliance products and services. We continue to remain very happy with the quality of service that we receive from Reliance! Lori and Pat J. from Burlington

We were completely satisfied with the service man (Kyle) who came to service our furnace. He was very efficient and helpful with a great attitude. The only complaint we have is when we called the call center we were on hold for about 40 min. and found this to be very unacceptable. We would definitely recommend your company to others.

Helpful and professional servicemen and call centre. Aman Sidhu (2379) was fast and careful to not leave a mess. Second personal occasion of only one employee being sent to exchange a water heater. Bad practice Reliance. Their salesmen are arrogant and pushy

I don't usually write reviews (actually never!) but when you receive service like this, it's time to break tradition. The tech that came to my home (Joey D 0977) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Good job. I highly recommend Reliance Home Comfort (I rent both a furnace and a hot water from Reliance and am 100% pleased with their services)

I was sold this service agreement during a recent phone call. After reviewing the agreement which was mailed to me I had a couple of questions. Over the course of 4 days I called the service number 6 times and different times of the day and was on hold for at least 15 minutes each time. Finally waited a total of 15 minutes on the last call and cancelled in time before the initial billing. I would recommend a local contractor.

We had no heat from our gas fired furnace and put in an emergency call on Friday . Bryan ID# 3705 arrived Sunday morning as promised. He was very professional and answered all of my questions while working. After making a few minor adjustments he found that a new Board was required. He had to pick this up from The Reliance Depot but returned promptly and finished the job. Furnace is now working fine. This was my first service call after taking out a service contract on my furnace with Reliance earlier this year. I was very happy with how they responded

Hot water heater control switch needed to be changed. Gurmeet Singh employee #2473 changed the switch and answered all questions all while being safe and following up with his gas leak test twice before leaving, i mentioned i smelled gas and he said he will check it one more time, he said is responsibility to make sure the customer is safe. He represented Reliance in a professional manner, we are now up and running with hot water and happy to have Gurmeet service our water tank.

David Tran from Flan-Air handled a hot water tank repair for us, right on time as promised and quickly handled the repair. He was sent by Reliance and I was pleased with the service.
