Joe was very friendly and really helpful explaining why our tubing to our water heater needs to be replaced. He tried very hard to help my wife and I not feel overwelmed. He explained what he was going to do and we feel that he cares. And that's rare to find a person like Joe these days. Most service companies want to get in and out and get paid without worrying what the costs or the impact of the costs to the Customer is. Would definitely recommend the gentle giant that is Joe Green!

Murray was awesome to deal with, upfront and honest. Real man of integrity, knew everything about system and was with us even on day of installation. Vince and Dan did a great job installing unit, very polite and always kept our home clean. Worked until job completed. Very happy with how things turned out.

I called reliance on 25th Oct , 2013 at 9am . The service person was in our house as promised at 3:30 pm. Mr Gurmeet ring the bell , he has a wonderful personality smiling , bright eyes and soft spoken. Fix the problem of my water heater within 10-15 minutes and also advise me about my furnace. Done the work very neatly , knows his job from top to bottom. It was amazing I was really impress not only the service but also his manners and personality. My suggestion to Reliance , should keep employee like Mr. Gurmeet (employee no 2423). I wish Reliance and Gurmeet to keep their hard work so that they should win hearts of the customers. Shuja

No hot water for morning shower. Called Reliance at 7 am. By 4 pm Joseph Petitti came and installed new parts. He also provided helpful tips on extending my water heater life. Good service for this issue done on a timely basis.

I was having problems in hot water. so i called reliance and booked an appointment for the same day. within 2 or 3 hours they sent an technician, who came to my house and told me everything about hot water and why it is not working. The guy who's name was Gurmeet Singh was very friendly with me, he gave me all information regarding about hot water and also he told me something about other services like equipment covered, which i didn't know that before. honestly speaking i really like this guy and company and the way they provided their services. I'll recommend all of my friends and family if they need services like this.. And I didn't pay any fee for that because it was already covered.

Noticed we had no hot water, called reliance that night and tech was here in the morning. Joe (#2512) was quick, clean and very courteous. Also gave me some tips about my furnace while he was repairing the water heater. Thanks Joe!

My water heater died Thursday evening. It was replaced within 12 hours. I was very impressed with the service guys and the dispatch people I dealt with. Both of the service guys (Matt?Thursday night and Mathew first thing Friday morning) were quick and acted in a very professional way. My only complaint is how long I had to wait in a cue to get someone on the phone. It took 45 minutes. After finding water spewing from my water heater and waiting so long to get someone on the phone it's hard not to be confrontational.

our furnace was giving a code 33 and the blower would stay on after the heat went off after 10 minutes and the temp never got to what we had the thermostat set at. I called Reliance and they made the appointment. the tech showed up said we needed new filters and I felt like he didn't listen to me. The furnace started doing the same thing later that night and was on hold for almost 2 hrs when I hung up. Called the next morning and they set a new appointment the only difference was the blower came on and we had the thermostat turned off . we were told it was probably the filter for the a/c so we decided we would cleaned that since the tech said would have to pay another 110 for him to service it.. our neighbour across the street had reliance there on the weekend and then a couple of days later had another furnace company there so i guess they didnt fix his either. guess it is time to find another company to fix ours as we are still getting code 33 and we did everything we were told. I will NOT be recommending reliance to anyone

Jason, the technician that came in to fix our water heater on October 23/13, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was quick to depict the problem and replace the part(s) in question. He was punctual and was nice to deal with. The reason why I graded your company somewhat poorly had nothing to do with your service or Jason your technician, but more so with the door-to-door tactics and how you acquired us as a client - the door-to-door person did not represent you well let me tell you! Also, I had to address the latenest in receiving your invoices, leaving me litterally with one or two days to pay my bill on time. We had a problem with hot water tank and reliance sent us a technician to fix the problem, Gurmeet Singh ID 2743 called us 15 prior to coming and was on time and was very quick finding the problem. He solved the problem with class and professionally and also guide us in our furnace issue. Excellent service.
