My hot water was no longer hot, more like lukewarm and I smelled some gas after changing the temperature gage. Jason was sent out to have a look. He was punctual, friendly, and explained to me what the problem was. He also informed me of the services that are provided for furnaces as I've been looking around for a company to come in and do the annual cleaning. Overall, fast, reliable and friendly service that gave me the peace of mind that I was looking for.

The motor on our Hot Water Tank failed and Joey D attended the Service call. He was extremely polite and courteous and had the motor replaced in 15 minutes. Great Service on a Sunday Morning. Thank you

Had Reliance come to my home and give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioning unit. The technician was very punctual and polite. He showed us all the information on the units Reliance has to offer...we then were left to decide in private which unit we would choose...We are now awaiting the installation date of November 4, 2013, excellent customer service from when I called to ask for a quote and then the technician coming to our home.

Called them at 830 am. They promised a call back in 3 hours. It never happen. Called 5 times after 4 hours and was on hold for over 3o minutes each time. Got them at 430. They said three hours again. No call. These guys are pathetic and can't fulfill the 24 hour service agreement.

I give 5 stars for Recommendation and Satisfaction for the service provided by Gurmeet Singh #2473, a reliance tech who has been at our home very recently regarding our water heater. Previous experiences with technicians have not been favourable, noting attempts to influence and manipulate home owners to disburse for services and purchase products that were unnecessary, as well as receiving rudeness from technicians when we refuse to disburse or purchase. Service technicians should not be rude or prey on homeowners that may not be knowledgable in home products. Mr. Singh from reliance was very courteous, informative, and helpful, providing us with the necessary information that enabled us to make an informed decision regarding our water heater. 5 stars for Mr. Singh and reliance for an honest service!

Replaced my 15-year old furnace with Reliance late last month. The installation was done in half day, which is quicker than I thought. Turned on the new furnace last week, and satisfied with it.

My husband was approached by Mr. Nima Karimi outside our new house after his appointment with our neighbour. He politely asked if he would be interested in installing Air Conditioning while it's not peak season. We weren't even considering doing this just yet but he thoroughly explained the benefits of an early installation. He took his time outlining the details and the payment plans Reliance offers. His candor convinced us. We booked an appointment by the end of the week, Oct. 17th. The 2 servicemen that installed it were very punctual, courteous and hardworking. I apologize for not remembering their names but they were very professional. We've had other servicemen from other companies before and they don't even come close to the respect they've given us. Mr. Karimi came by the following week to check if the installation was done to our satisfaction. Thank you and we are very happy with their service.

Couple of days ago my hot water tank sprung a leak and we called reliance, Zack was sent over and turned out our hot water tank needed to be replaced. Within the hour he had our old tank out and the new one put in, he explained what he had to do every step of the way to keep us informed which is really great as I do not know anything about replacing hot water tanks. Zack very courteous and friendly. I would give him 10 stars

Joe was very friendly and really helpful explaining why our tubing to our water heater needs to be replaced. He tried very hard to help my wife and I not feel overwelmed. He explained what he was going to do and we feel that he cares. And that's rare to find a person like Joe these days. Most service companies want to get in and out and get paid without worrying what the costs or the impact of the costs to the Customer is. Would definitely recommend the gentle giant that is Joe Green!
